Went into Becks shoes today for the first time since they have changed hands from Santa Rosa shoes. Was very pleased with the inventory and the friendliness of staff. For those of you that were turned off by the previous owners and negative reviews written during their tenure, I encourage you to give it another try.

Man I miss the old owner already. Parking lot was littered with papers and debris. Walked into a mess inside the store. Man working there didn’t greet me. Dust everywhere. Nothing organized. Horrible experience. Not going back there. If they respond saying their working on the interior, they still shouldn’t have a big mess while people are shopping in there. Clean the place up and have a little pride in your shop. They ain’t gonna last long.

My husband and I loved the experience with her fitting my stepson for the perfect hiking shoes and insoles that we came back a few weeks latwr for ourselves...another great experience. There is a real small town family feel & everything is quality. Fair prices. Highly recommend!

The service here was great! One small detail of great service is that they double check both boot sizes to make sure theyre the same before you leave the store. The last thing Id want to do is come back to a store to return shoes becuase one size is smaller/ bigger than the other. Just a small detail of service thats great about this place. I will for sure come back here for my next pair of boots.

I just left Becks Shoes (formerly Santa Rosa shoes). Fred listened carefully to my foot problems and got my size 14 narrow foot into the perfect pair. This family business offers the same if not better professiona l fitting

Wonderful store! Wonderful owners. I had forgotten how nice a full service shop was, we went in to get my husband work books. The owners were amazing. Sat him down, measured his feet, laced the boots. Wonderful experience.Thank you!!!!

I was fit well, treated nicely. Positive experience. Satisfied customer. Negative reviews being left by person who had never even heard of the place. Obviously a hateful person is behind many negative reviews. Customers of this store leave very positive reviews. Go to this store and look for a well fitting shoe, and see how you are treated.

Unfriendly, uncaring vibe. Every shoe I took out of the box, the woman repositioned them in the box. Then when I sat down to try on shoes, I put the ones I was wearing on the seat next to me. She told me they dont belong there. She told me the shoes I tried on were too small and suggested I try a larger size. So I waited and waited, then realized she was having a conversation with the elderly man behind the desk. I could go on, but its really not worth my time. I see from the other reviews, this behavior is standard for them.And their commercials lame as well.

I bought shoes that I was pressured into buying from the owner. I usually wear size 13 – the guy only had a 12 – he said they were flexible and would conform to my foot. I asked if they didn’t feel right if I could bring them back in a few days. He said YES. A few days later I came back and asked for a refund – he said NO. He is not a straight shooter. Don’t do business with them.

Great service and reasonable return policy. The building may look new, but this is an old fashioned shoe store with salespersons that actually measure your feet (if needed). I have shopped here (and at the previous location) ever since the 60s because of the quality products and wonderful service.

My mom is 89 and for almost 60 years she still saying, they are her favorite place to buy shoes . They are very helpful finding shoes for Great-great-grandma-Groot. the guy who said he could not park in handicap must have been in front the dispensary a few doors down it has security guards to prevent loitering.

From the moment you step in the door you are greeted with the highest level of customer service! They truly attend to your needs and help to find the best product for you.

I’ve been a contractor and business owner in Sonoma County for 24 years. I take a lot of pride in operating my business with ethics and integrity. When I witnessed the video displaying the treatment of one of our local citizens by the manager of Santa Rosa Shoes, I was surprised at the behavior of their staff as this citizen was confronted for stepping onto their parking lot. I happen to know this individual personally and was alarmed to see how he was treated, which I can only guess, was because of his skin color. I usually suggest to my employees, to buy s their work shoes at this location, however, I will no longer recommend this store to my employees or anyone else.

Provide proof that you dont RACIAL PROFILE at this business and lll update this review. Ignorance is one hell of thing, tells a lot about one. Never heard of your business up until now and I will now remember only two things, NEVER go there nor recommend.

How is this place still in business!? Horrible customer service, blatantly racist, they dont even stand behind the products they sell! Save yourself a LOT of hassle and shop elsewhere. Picked up some boots, wore them for a week and they didnt stretch, brought them in to be stretched, they over stretched them and then refused to exchange them because they had been previously worn.....by them...now I have boots that dont fit. Worst customer service, janky return policy. They lied about how long I had to return or exchange the boots and came up with a bs technical reason not to exchange them. Never buying from them again. Never referring them either.
