I went to get my oil changed and get my tire either fixed or replace… instead I got a call back telling me my tire needed to be replaced and because I have an all wheel drive I had to get all new tires… total cost $1600.00🧐🤔🤨. I did get my oil changed. Took my car to American tire for tires only to be told my tire was repaired and total cost $0.00… all this to say beware women Firestone lied to me.

Went in today Monday 8/30 for a 11:00 appt., I was out at 11:29. Went to pay the bill and realized I had left my wallet in my tennis bag. Ron the Manager was understanding and trusting and let me leave the facility with my promise I would go directly home and call my credit card info. in. Did a great job on my Jeep, the staff was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. Knocked off one star because while they were changing the oil, they wanted to do a couple extra small things and I wish they would’ve called me. Had they called, I would have told them to do it while they had it. Other than that great service.

I went to this shop to balance my wheel since i had changed them. I dropped off my car at 9am and left to get breakfast.i received a call an hour later saying your car is almost done but we found a nail in the tire.. we can fix it for only $30 i said okay do it, and 40 mins later I received another call saying sorry the damage on the tire is to big we cant put it on the car anymore so you have to buy a new tire but dont worry we are having a sale right nowOf course with the frustration i told them to fix it because i wasnt planning on buy a tire from them when i only came in for a balancing. He manager keeps saying he cant mount that tire anymore so i either buy one of leave the car there and pick it up when i have the tire... after telling them it more they end up putting the tire back, i drove to the closest tire shop garcias tire shop they check for a nail and there wasnt any or any holesI took it back to firestone before changing the tire to show them and all the manager could say was i dont know what to tell you they had to audacity to say maybe we should take pictures before working on a car how did i drive 50 miles with 4 working tires and now inwas stuck with only 3 ones and having to tow my car.I went back back to garcias tires and when they took it out they found a crack on the wheel. Which where they air was coming out of they said.

Got an appointment online. Same day changed tire under 30 minutes. Only 4 stars cuz corporate needs to hire/pay more. The staff were understaffed and overworked.

Made an appointment to have brake pads replaced.No rotor work to be done.Manager agreed to do so on the phone, than when the work was to be done, he refused to do so and attempted to sell me a set of overpriced and inferior rotors

I found myself in a pinch, I had low oil and it was a Sunday after 4. I called 10 minutes before closing and while they didnt have the time to do an oil change they provided complimentary oil to get me back on the road. Friendly service and good people! Ill be back for my oil change-Thank you!

Worst experience with firestone at Santa Rosa avenue location. Service advisor wasnt that help full. When I phone him about replacing my tire he said bring it, he will take care of it. I asked what kind tire they have? He said all kinds.I forgot to tell the tire I wanted. They replaced with cheap tires. When I told him you, put wrong tire different make. He stated I did not tell him that I want Kumo brand. He supposed to inquire me if he going to put the different tire. They are obviously just after your money. I told him a I am not going to accept that, but did not have a choice they cant put it back gave some discount made me buy it.At first place when they ask me all the car information I though they have that tire and going to put.They have to be educated with their task.Examples:Service advisor is taking my car mileage??? which he has to look for it.I had Sonata plug in hybrid, which doesnt carry spare tire. They were looking all over the boot.They dont treat people nicely as your clients.

Do not buy products or get your car serviced by this company. At another Fire Stone location; This company does not fix cars, they BREAK them. You will not get your money back for THIER mistakes. My boyfriend got engine parts replaced here. His car ran fine before we brought it here. Its an older car so he wanted to get some engine mantinace done so it would run for couple more years without any surprises. After the new parts it ran better than it ever had before. But out of the blue the engine died. What they fixed on the engine broke. We brought it back in, and they said they would fix it. After weeks of waiting, nothing. We go in and they said they fixed it. But it still did not run correctly. They recommend us buying more parts to get it back to normal. We bought the parts, and they put them in. Guess what? It didnt work! The car engine is unfixable! The car is undrivable. They will not refund us for the original fix that broke the car or the useless parts we purchased to fix something that is unfixable! Never buying anything associated with this company!

Dennis was very thorough and helpful. These guys wont disappoint. Definitely check them out before you go to other shops around town.

At this location they will try to take advantage of you, if you don’t know much about cars. Had my car looked at by other mechanics and they were surprised this place wanted to charge me 2000 for parts I don’t need!

DJ is the mgr here we needed a exhaust leak fixed that they really dont do much of.with a smile got our tires rotated had some major involved work done and ended up with time constraints were able to wrap presents in the waiting area he offered tape and scissors ! We were more than happy with the overall experience we had here good people great staff refreshing! Highly recommended. We use Firestone locations alot and this one on Santa rosa Ave will take great care of you!

Due to her poor attitude she just lost over $750 worth of business from this one transaction & all further sales from me. Friendly staff but all in all a terrible experience. I came in for a simple brake service that took about 5 hours. 20 minutes from driving off the lot my brake is starting to smell. We were thinking MAYBE there is oil burning off. Test drive the car again the next day and multiple people are flagging me to alert me my right rear brake is smoking. Called Firestone on the issue with no help. Although the guy was super friendly and sympathetic, Googling local places for me to take my car in (since I live an hour from their shop) wasnt helping me. Long story short after a few days of phone tag I spoke to DJ their manager. By this time I had taken my car in to a local shop for answers. My right rear caliper was the problem and it tore up my brand new rotor. My brake was in constant use while driving and it was burning/smoking. DJ, although very sweet, ultimately did nothing to help. I was told a number of things could have happened. An example being the E-brake was on... Sorry DJ but I have been driving my car for 7 years. Pretty sure a caliper issue would have happened long ago if I was notorious for keeping the E-brake on and both brakes would have been ruined, not just one. He then asked me to use my AAA to tow my car down so they could give me answers on why the caliper went out along with an estimate of $393 for new calipers (the rotor/brake pad replacement would be free). Okay, my isssue is this: your tech did something wrong. I drove on to that lot with no caliper issue and drove off with an issue. Your tech made NO mention of one when he replaced my brakes and any mechanic would have seen if there was a problem. If he did see one and said nothing, well now we have a whole new issue on top of the current one. I had my car serviced so it would be safe to drive. You made it UNSAFE. You want me to use MY AAA to tow it so I can pay in all $800 for what should have been a SIMPLE brake service. Im so frustrated by this. I shouldnt have to pay for that right brake service at all and shouldnt be paying for a caliper replacement your tech created. Firestone is getting paid no matter what and what am I getting? Never again will I use this company for services. I just want my car safe to drive for me and for my 4 month old. I just want a company to do right by me. I shouldnt be in this position. I shouldnt have to call a friend who works at a Phoenix, AZ Firestone for guidance. My dad who lives 2.5 hours away from me shouldnt have to come fix an issue your shop made so Im not in $800 worth of debt. I shouldnt have to right this review, period.

These guys are terrible!!! I dont even think they are real mechanics lol. I took my Suv to them for a misfire in the engine, they said they did a scan on it by the way didnt document the code neither could Roberto or DJ even remember what it was. So now they were telling me I had an internal engine problem wow smh. Well a long story short the next day I went to start it and it ran perfect without any misfire as if it was some bad fuel or something the whole time. So basically I felt like a point star walking out of Firestone because I had just been screwed. I wouldnt refer my worst enemy to them. CROOKS.....

I spoke with the manager of the Santa Rosa Avenue shop 2X before getting a $19.99 oil change and neither time I was told I needed a coupon for that promotion price. So I was charged $34 for a $19.99 dollar oil change. The manager of the shop was rude and didnt treat me very well I think because Im a woman. I will NEVER go back to the shop again!
