Im happy to learn that RMCF/Lettys Ice cream is under new ownership. This is a million steps in the right direction compared to the previous ownership. Not only is this place one of the cleanest food/snack places at the plaza it offers many tasty treats as well. I love that Lettys ice cream is locally owned, one of the few at the mall. Not to mention the staff here is very friendly and surprisingly well trained considering they have only been open a short while. Cant wait to see this place progress, definitely a good addition to the Santa Rosa Plaza mall! 10/10 would recommend!

Was told this store just changed ownership a week ago, and I must say my visit was awesome. The place is very clean, the workers are very attentive, and the caramel apples that we ordered were delicious!

Went to check out the new Rocky Mountain today. I could defiantly tell it is now under new ownership. Very clean and staffing was much better. No more waiting in long lines. And the snacks I got were very fresh and delicious. 10/10 recommend when you need to cure that sweet tooth!

Recently visited this Rocky Mountain now that it has reopened with a new owner and... WOW. The store was so clean, staff was very friendly, and the items I purchased were great! I would definitely reccomened coming by for a treat if youre in the area!

Maybe the best chocolate around. The competitions peanut brittle is bomb and also has good chocolate, but this is very good.

I ordered a hot Mocha and quickly left since I was in a hurry, it wasnt until I was nearing my car when I took my first sip. It was honestly the most disturbing and sour taste. I opened the lid and it even smelled sour. When I came home I had my family members try my coffee without telling them anything. Their faces were priceless and they spit it out, but we concluded that the milk or whipped cream was expired. I called the store to be polite and give them a heads up about it. But they quickly told me that the milk was not expired and that the whipped cream was fine . I was offered a new drink but I was already home and late to an event. The girl clearly did not believe me so this is why Im writing this. I know that if shed try it she wouldve believed me 🤷🏻‍♀️

So in love with the avalanche apple!! Keeping it from 5 stars is the line. Everytime i am here they are short staffed and lines take forever. Staff is always friendly and always moving fast but there just are not enough of them
