My husband ordered me a premium bouquet to be delivered to me at work on our anniversary. They delivered the flowers just after 5 so I was already gone but they left the flowers with the front desk. When I came in the next morning, half the flowers were already dead. I called both numbers I found online and got no response so I sent them a Facebook Message with photos asking if there was anything that could be done. It shows they read the message and then just ignored it. I felt so bad that my husband paid $100 for flowers that were delivered after business hours and were dead the next day AND that the company would just ignore the customer about it. DO NOT GO HERE!
Found the florist through an FTD website; order never filled or delivered; they must be out of business since they dont answer the phone number listed; called it several times different times of the day;Just because they are associated wit FTD doesnt mean anything.Very disappointed they have their website active;No star rating here;
Awful experience. Worst bouquet ever. Not even near what was ordered for me. I emailed them to give them an opportunity and never received a response. Poor attention to detail and poor customer service!
