Ever had an experience when you needed something for work on Monday morning and its Sunday? I needed an old school projector screen. You know the kind that attaches to a tri-pod stand and rolls up or down. I was in a BIG bind. Easy to find online. But, I needed it now. I went to Best Buy with my fingers crossed. I met Scott Madia, an audio/video consultant. There was just one screen in the store and he found it. The screen was also on sale, 25% off. Everyone I spoke was helpful. Good decision to go to Best Buy

I went in for a tablet and security cameras and it was close to closing and the guy helping me was so nice and took his time. I never felt rushed at all. He even showed me his security camera app on his phone and we got a live view of his pup. Unfortunately I wasnt even done setting up the tablet before the screen basically crapped out. But they took it back with no hassle.

Best Buy is not your normal shopping experience. It is more like having a parade of offerings under one Big Top in a show that never ends. In this case its not circus acts, but electronics and computers taking the center ring. Another big performer here are appliances of every shape and kind. A great tech department keeps things moving. My prized new possession today is a blu-ray player that was recommended by a staff member as the best choice in my price range. Best Buy is there for you.

Always a little skeptical about what to expect from service at the big stores, but I was VERY impressed with the service, thoroughness, and communication from Alex (aka Omar) at the Santa Rosa store in regards to my upcoming home entertainment install. He answered all my questions, came to my house to make sure all needs were met, and offered different options for consideration. Clearly knows his stuff and knows how to translate that info to the Average Joe (me). We havent decided how to move forward yet, but definitely appreciate the attention to detail that Alex has provided. Thanks!

Had a wonderful experience waiting for the 3070 RTX graphics card. The employees came super early to count people and let us know whether or not we needed to go home. Turns out they had enough graphics cards for all of us. Their system of using tickets to guarantee what card we would purchase in the coming hours was very relieving. They even opened the store 2 hours early! Very great experience getting a card I have been looking for.

Im just going to assume it was the floor manager becuase they seem to be the real only ones looking to help people as the others hide or walk past you without asking if you need help etc. But the floor manager helped me for a bit and I was out of there quick and easy.

Price match policy only applies to 1 item if duplicate. I bought 2 of the same items from Best Buy. Those same items are now on sale at Best Buy and yet they will not honor their own price for both items... only 1.At least the store is usually clean and the online customer service people were nice about it.

I went in to purchase a laptop for my remote work. They didnt have the one I wanted in the line suggested to me. I asked if they had an opened box and they just happened to have one. They said everything checked out, but when I made the hour drive home and tried to set it up, it was obvious no one looked at the computer since getting it from the last customer. I made the drive there again to get a different computer because my job depended on this. I get there and explain the situation and the manager gave me 10% off my new, more expensive, computer. So at least my gas was covered. The brand new computer works thankfully.

I visited this store with the intention to buy something. Immediately after entering the store there was an employee watching me as if Im a thief. After I caught the employee following me(note that I didnt say or do anything but browse) I was ignored when I wanted to buy something. Im standing in front of a locking case, thinking that one of the employees standing right next to me would assist. Instead, all employees went out of their way to ignore me and help other customers. I will now go out of my way to buy from anywhere else.

Fully stocked, had everything we needed, nice sales staff, helped us with selecting a new Apple versus android phone. My daughter went with Apple. Prices are the same everywhere. But the advantage of buying the Best Buy was during the hour half that it takes to transfer all the info to the new phone we had plenty of things to look at. Hey if you buy at the Apple store not much else to do except look at other Apple phones and who wants to do that when youve already picked one out.

We purchased a LG IQ gas washer & dryer (item) for $2586.03, and they unloaded the item and tried to deliver & install. It and couldnt. They put the item back in the truck and left with it back to there warehouse for delivery the next day. Then with out telling us they damaged the item and pulled it off the delivery truck, and never told use the delivery was cancelled, so we waited till the end of the delivery period and called them about the delivery and found out it was pulled from the truck. WE CANCELLED THE ORDER AND WENT TO HOME DEPOT.

Store is just okay. Dont trust their sales staff and research the products in advance. I went in recently for a TV. I have to say I do not know if this is on purpose, but the cheaper TVs (specifically the $400 TCL series 4) were dimmed much more than the Sony and LG models for twice the price next to them. Additionally, the demo loop was stuttering and running slowly on the TCL and Hisense TVs yet the model I took home is brighter and stutter free by default without changing any settings. A salesperson tried to pressure me into a $800+ TV (by saying anything less than that is very low quality) and a matching brand soundbar because mismatched brands dont work well together which is a flat out lie. Additionally an employee stated it would not fit in my car and said he had tried to fit the same TV in my same model car and tried to get me to just have it delivered instead. I took the TV then and there and it fit in my backseat without issue. I dont know if he was misinformed or just couldnt be bothered but if you do your research online and just use Best Buy to get a product same day I say they are okay. I do NOT trust their employees advice after this experience.

I ordered online, but showed up early to pick up my order. The employees were very nice, despite the fact that it was very busy. Sometimes its tough to find a sales associate to help on the sales floor, but usually only when its busy. A good store. I go here often.

Dave, this locations asset protection team member went above and beyond with watching me and my black friend look for a game instead of choosing to greet us and assist us, but shout out to Tam and the rest of the AP team for hearing my complaint and helping make the experience at this store a better one. I like how clean the store was and how stocked it was, but if you see a short stocky Caucasian dude watching you, ask him for help, he didnt seem to want to help as he stared at my black friend but I offered him advise like greeting us at least once.

The guy who helped me in the car stereo department was very friendly. However that’s the only positive thing I have to say. You can’t even speak to anyone in the store without walking in. There is literally a recording saying they don’t except phone calls! There were no stereos in stock. Even if I had one ordered and sent to the store, I still couldn’t get in for installation until next week. Forget the big box store and go to Gracias in Roseland!

Horrible experience. Went in for a tv, computer monitor and a desk. We were flat out ignored by most of the sales peoppe. Most of the TVs on display were not even available for at least a week. Same with most of the gaming monitors that we coild actually find prices for. We were told the items we purchased would take several hours to get ready and that we would have to come back another day ANYWAY because apparently they cant find one of the items.

I went in looking for a solution. I got some attention and they passed me to a specialist. The specialist was really disinterested and knew less than I did about my issue. I dont even know why this store exists - its basically a warehouse with a bunch of uninterested and possibly resentful associates. Its just one step away from Amazon, which is where I have to go anyway.

Do not buy a laptop here they will sell you a warranty with full coverage and then tell you the shop doesnt have the parts, FOR A BRAND NEW COMPUTER. Oh and they wont give you the computer back only your money via STORE CREDIT so youre doomed to buy another laptop from them. How are we supposed to know what computers can actually be fixed by insurance when you buy? I bought a printer that was not working as I was sold on. I took it back to get help to see if I set it up wrong. I was going to exchange or return it if it was defective. I was told, sorry its been over 30days. Cant help me. What? Not acceptable! I called Hewlett-Packard. They have me my money back and. I bought a higher end printer.I wont shop there ever again.

All I want is a gd Xbox series X.Signing up for alerts is worthless. You can only order for pickup, theres no wait list, and when we finally DID get a console in the cart, in the time it took me to go from add to cart to hit checkout, the system REMOVED THE CONSOLE FROM MY CART. This happened 5 times to my wife and I both. How the hell is anyone supposed to be able to compete a purchase like this?? The only way anyone could buy out stock this fast is with bots. I shouldnt have to write a computer program to automate buying a console from a retail website. Everywhere is like this, but something about the system goofing here needs to be fixed

I went in today to get a wristband for my Apple Watch, showed it being available online came to the store and the a representative had no idea why it showed they had it online when they never did to begin with. Best Buy is the worst company I have ever had to interact with. DO NOT get a credit card with them. Their security system is horrible and you will have thousands of dollars racked up on you card from it being stolen through their online system. Their customer service is unhelpful and will refuse to help you, leaving you with a bill for things you did not buy. I will never go back to this worthless company again.

I went into the store and ordered a lens for my camera and made sure that my boyfriend was able to pick up seeing as I live over an hour away from the stores location. I made it clear I would not be the one picking up and the gentleman helping us said there wasn’t any issues as long as we had the receipt. Here it is three days after my order is supposed to be ready and now my boyfriend isn’t aloud to pick up the lens. So I decide to give them a call to explain what I was told and guaranteed by one of their employees and they won’t even pick up the phone. I will not be shopping at this location again.

I used to buy stuff at best buy as many people did years ago. These days I mostly buy online.I went there to buy a breville espresso machine because I wanted to see the models in person.I struggled to find help and then waited 10+ minutes for an appliance expert who was going to help me decide which model... they never showed.I ended just googling reviews while waiting and then just picked up one of the machines and checkout.I was able to get what u wanted, but I think the store missed the opportunity to show me the value of brick and mortar retail by providing good customer service and expertise.
