Great service, great quality.

Was quoted around $22 for converting 3 books to spiral bound binding and was told I would be called when it was done. No call and was charged $28 in the end because employee had made a mistake with pricing (didnt call to confirm). $21 was already a bit more than it was worth to me, not sure why I agreed to even pay the extra, but wasnt happy about it.

These folks are the best. I have been using them for years and the service has always been great.
