Very happy with the workers there I got a promise ring I couldn’t decide they wore all amazing so I was helped and my girlfriend was very happy with the ring thank you guys
I bought earrings that I wasnt happy with. I tried to come in a return them but the store was closed early. I went in again and they told me I am no longer able to return them because it has been thirty days. The day I came in and they were closed it was before the 30 days was up. I was then pushed into spending more money on earrings that arent good quality. Not happy at all with the Santa rosa plaza store!
Came here looking for an engagement ring with my boyfriend because he wanted me to have a say on what ring I would be wearing for the rest of my life with him. Instantly someone greeted us and directed us towards what we were looking for and respected our budget. She informed us of qualifying for payments and other services my ring could have. For now I’ve had 0 complaints. Will be updating in the future if anything changes.
Two months waiting for a refund. They sent me two of the same orders. Customer service and instore service have not been able to figure out the problem. I have made two payments on an item I am waiting to return. Would not recommend to anyone.
This store deserves the worst possible score for employee negligence alone.I have had to go to this store 4 times over the course of 4 months to get the correct ring size. While they cannot resize the item i had ordered i was informed by an employee there it only takes a week to be available at the store after ordering through them.2 times the ring was the wrong size and the third time the ring wasnt even ordered at all.The 4th time was the charm and i was not given any sort of discount on certain items that the employee had previously mentioned to me. Thats completely fine as Ill never be going to this specific store ever again.Kay jewelers has definitely left a bad first impression with me.I would like to not blame all the employees there but at least once person there hadnt even re-ordered my item and multiple times it was ordered as the same incorrect size.I do hope that some sort of training is done for all of the employees since all of the employees who were helping me told me that other associates who were helping me had messed up my order.
Went to the designer ring event. They were so incredibly friendly and polite. My girlfriend couldnt decide on a ring that day, though.So since they were such a pleasure to deal with I went back to buy myself a watch. They didnt remember me, so I reminded them I was here a couple days ago and wanted to get a ring but my girlfriend couldnt decide on which one to get. They quickly remembered who I was and even though I only wanted a watch, they kept pushing me to buy her diamond earrings.I said I just want the watch, three times before they stopped asking. I wanted the Bulova watch and had a $50 coupon off and the sales rep flipped. She was literally yelling at me, and threw the watch in a citizen box. When I commented on the box, she got all mad and said its just a box, it doesnt matter what box its in unless your going to return it. I politely asked for the box and she just grabbed different Bulova box and forced it in there. She didnt even give me the paperwork and left it on the other counter for me to grab. They barely fit it and took out a band and said it looked better if it hangs, it the new gangster thing. Its really popular!I couldnt wear the watch. If they were this rude purchasing it, I wasnt going to return it for fear she might throw it at me.I called customer service and explained what happened. They told me to go to a different store, 40 miles away and return it.I got there and they said they wouldnt allow returns because the watch has been sized. It took a hour on the phone with customer and in the store to talking to the manager to return it.Extremely disappointed! I had such high expectations of this store, and was looking forward to getting our rings here. I will never ever ever shop here. I highly recommend you shop elsewhere. Even after reading this you still decide to purchase anything from here, just know it CANNOT BE RETURNED IF YOU HAVE IT SIZED OR ENGRAVED!

We had ordered our wedding bands on 2/7/2015 and were told they were being special ordered and would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. We stopped in today to just double check the ETA (because were getting married on March 21st) and now the ETA has been pushed back to 4/6/2015. 8 weeks. Double the time we were told. I called corporate and they told us thats usually how long it takes. I wish the sales person was more upfront about it, or they could have called us to let us know the ETA was different once they placed the order. The best part was the original lady that helped us (before we placed the special order) was very, very friendly, and they let us cancel the order without losing our deposit.That being said, I will not come back here.
Customer service was HORRIBLE. The ladies who work there are so rude and ignored us when we first arrived and then when they werent busy they didnt even show interest in the questions we asked. RUDE.
