This place is way more expensive than it use to be and has nothing but garbage as far as quality goes. Would only buy junk food there.

This store in santa rosa is big has so many items etc to choose from. Kind of like a small version of home goods, Walmart combined ..staff is friendly and nice..like their discount when they have..parking good..

I go for there seasonal items. New patio cushions for the chairs. A two pack was $20 on sale for $12.

They have rearranged the store. It looks nice. Good deals.

Big lots is famous for low prices its a discount store you can get a club card if you want its probably not necessary but it does give you discounts uncertain things at certain times of the year but if youre into a penny saved is a penny earned right selection varies most of the time they have anywhere from household products to seasonal to foods when you want to make your money stretch got a Big lots

Just moved? Perfect place to buy new stuff for cheap. Bedding, pillows, furniture and much more. Curtains selection is impressive

Big lots is a completely different animal yes its crowded and yes its not very organized and yes its impossible to find someone to help you. But if youre on the hunt for great bargain deals than look no further.

I went to Big Lots to shop for Christmas ornaments and I was disappointed with their selection and their prices. They didnt seem to have nearly selection that they have had in previous years. Whats they did have have seemed overpriced. The cashier however was very friendly and outgoing and I appreciated his positive attitude.

I love this place! The manager helped me look for what I wanted, and helped me to my car. I got way more than I planned to, but next month is now covered for most staple/pantry/snack. And I only spent $80, and that included new bedroom slippers (nice!) and new pajamas! I feel like I robbed the place!!

Variety of products in multiple departments. Wish they actually had items in stock when their website says they do.

My daughter and I stopped in to get a couple of 9 volt batteries, when I had the choice between big lots and CVS --- next time I will NotNOT shop big lots! The employees tonight around 5 were rude not making eye contact and not speaking loud enough to hear through the masks. And had some sorts of negativity festering. I will hope that the HR department takes care of the terrible customer service at this store Tuesday evening at 5pm.

Big Lots has great prices on household products, paper goods, linens, toys, pet supplies, batteries... Store feels kinda junky but good prices make up for it. There is a discount membership card available. Good location not far from freeway, plenty of free parking. Drugstore and restaurants adjacent to the store.

Not to be racist but there was a blonde cashier lady who was super rude. She was just talking to her coworker the whole time, NEVER EVER ASKED IF WE WANTED A BAG! didn’t said a word to us. There was no Hi no WELCOME after we said thank you.

Always stocked with good items at a closeout price.

All the food is boxes up, the shelves cleaned off. Not sure what is going on, but saw a wet spot on an adjacent aisle that looked nasty. The air vent above the food aisle looks like it has blown dirt or mold for years. I wouldnt buy anything in here if you had allergies.

Id give 5 stars, but the store doesnt always have full shelves.

Ok...this was my 1st time in a BIG Lot it felt like someone just dropped a bunch Id stuff in a building. It was some what organized but not neat. I felt over whelmed.

I went there to buy a a table I had seen a few weeks earlier and wasnt sure if it would still be there, I got the last one and it was discounted. They are going to be expanding their grocery section soon so if you go there for that you will like it.

Usually a great place, good finds, esp for organizing; today they were cleaned out... Looked like a post apocalyptic store

The store can be sword of annoying. The staff is probably underpaid and not very helpful. It seems like theres almost always a line to buy things and youll see a whole bunch of other helped his kind of cruising around not looking very busy. So like youre looking for some ibuprofen and theyre out of everything and of course itll be in next week. The good news is if you go over to the CVS next door and you find the ibuprofen its about 3 times the price. So the bottom line is Big Lots is a good place to get a lot of things like sundry items and little decorative tchotchkes and seasonal items and candy and Staples for your pantry and stuff for your medicine cabinet. They really do have a lot of stuff in there and even Furniture in some of the stores but you kind of have to Wade through it and you have to help yourself and maybe wait in line to buy something.

Fantastic place. It has everything. The isles arent numbered so its a FREE- FOR-ALL. Start with house stuff, wall hangiings then covers everything from foods, toys, crafts, office supplies, cleaning supplies to outside bbqs. Great prices and usually empty. Bring some money and spend some time there..you will find lots of goodies!!

Poor Experience 😠Thier Card reader was not working despite my having plenty in the bank to cover my purchases. So I had to leave my purchases there after standing in a long line because they only had one available check out clerk. Wont be coming back any time soon
