Best donuts around and the staff memebers are all absolutely so wonderful, my day increases tremendously when I leave I highly recommend!
I stopped in here to pick up a donut for a co-worker because it was on the way to work and open early enough. Grabbed coffee and an extra donut for myself. First bite and I knew I had found the best donut shop on my side of town. They have amazingly yummy and fresh donuts. I brought 2 boxes in to work a few weeks later because I wanted to share this amazing find and my co-workers all raved these were the best donuts theyd had. I dont get donuts often, but this is gonna be my go to when I do.
One of the best spots of its kind in the area. The staff was very kind and attentive. This place has a cool atmosphere. Feels like a place in Los Angeles I liked.
-The owner woman overcharged my wifes credit card by $4 for about $5 worth of food.-Then the owner left my wife there at the cash register without finishing the transaction with her for some reason.-Then Another employee said that they dont charge $4 if a customer uses a credit card(they have never charged for using credit cards before, that we can remember and we had been going there pretty much everyday)-Then the owner came out and said that they do charge $4 in a very rude and angry way in our opinion.-We dont know if she was trying to criminally rip us off over $4, they really do charge $4 on credit cards (all of the sudden) or the owner woman just had a tremendous ego blinding her to common sense. In any of these cases we believe Donut City was wrong for something here.We wouldnt mind an apology but if Donut City disagrees or they have too much ego for an apology then we would settle for an explanation as to why they think they are not in the wrong.-They do have good donuts. I guess someone could have a good customer experience there as long as they use cash and dont mind being wrong in any dispute they might have with the owner woman.ALSO:-there was a water pipe busted in the parking lot leaking a lot of water. She said something like Its not my responsibility and so she did not call Public Works to fix it. So we called public works and they fixed it.We felt good about that because the guys that came out to fix it called us back just to say thank you.The owner lady might think she is selfish but in my opinion, the best way to help oneself is to help others and be nice to others.
We were out of town. Googled donut shop near us. The coffee was okay. When we got back to our hotel, one bite....worst stale donuts we had ever tasted! You couldnt even tear it apart! It was 7am...
Worker wasn’t wearing a mask. Yet had a sigh on door had to wear a mask to enter! It’s Covid-19 people everyone wears a mask.I choose to live! If you wish to live don’t go here.
This place is the place to go to for donuts when near Coddington for shopping. The prices are cheap, the drinks cold, and coffee just right it wont scald you like McDonalds. All donuts are put out 3 times a day: 4:45am, 9:30am, and 12:2pm. The jelly and custard fillings ARE NOT store bought but from the familys orchards or, fresh dailyade in the back.
Worst Coffee Ever!I stopped here for coffee because the gas station was far for me, but I regret it since I first heard the price, it is a couple cents higher than the regular small coffee and it isnt even worth it. It is super bad in taste,I got some donuts too, and, guess what?, they werent good either. I remember I got some donuts here about a year ago and they were bad so I said, I will never came back to buy in this store, but sadly I forgot about the experience because it was so horrible and I passed to the store again, wasting my money because I ended up throwing the coffee and donuts away.Im not trying to be mean im just trying to pass my experience to others so they know; also I hardly believe it was a coincidence that the two times I went in to buy something I got a bad luck, no. It is a bad store. They should close.
Great tasting donuts. Was able to buy two dozen around 11 am on a Saturday!
This place does it for me. feels like a place in charlotte that i enjoyed visiting.
Owner lady was extremely rude and SHE SUCKS💯 If i could leave ZERO stars i would... #HAVE-BETTER-CUSTOMER-SERVICE... 👍
The young girl who is a cashier there has no personality she seems rude an therefore i will no longer take my buisness there, the owners might want to talk to her kindness brings customers.....cuz now ya lost a good one.....ME
Just okay. Much better donuts at most any other shop, especially Donut Cafe, or the Jelly Donut.
We are from out of town and saturday is our families doughnut day. We found this place and so happy we did! The crumb cake doughnuts are outstanding.Plus the service was very friendly and quick. The last thing i will say is that many places are not that clean ans smell kind of greasy. NOT this place! Very clean and smelled fresh!
Good crumble cake. Okay bearclaw (a tad undercooked). The maple crueler was good.
Not a high speed wireless Internet cafe like the road sign says
Best Donuts ever, great open hours.
Great donuts, still had a lot at 10 am
Good donuts! Friendly people
Avg selection of donuts, tasted just like any other donuts, nothing special. Staff expects you to tip when you buy two donuts, and have no problem making a comment just loud enough for you to hear it.
Id tell you more but as they were closed before 2pm on Saturday, contrary to the hours on the door and everything I found online, I cant tell you anything else...
Great Donuts fresh and great service
