This was our first time having apparel printed with our company logos and their team was amazing. They patiently answered all of our questions along the way and had everything done with high quality and speed. They know every garment out there. We will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Ordering items for marketing is not something I do on a regular basis, so it a learning curve. I contacted Sonoma and received great advice on Shirt materials, costs and production time. The graphic team was great in helping put together what I needed.My order was complete on time and all my specifications were followed to the tee. Sonoma Designs is a great local business and very professional.

I had bought a t-shirt and sweater for my son for his school so he could be proud of his school and have school spirit especially during Covid. He hasnt even attended his school yet but I felt it was important to implement the importance of school, especially currently.My son was excited as was I when we placed the order. We ordered both Large sizes for the shirt and sweater. Even though he is 12 and small for his age, I figured he could grow into it. Upon picking up the sweatshirt I could tell immediately the sweater was smaller than the shirt. Even though they were the same size. Usually it would maybe be the other way around, sweatshirt a little bigger than the shirt, even though both larges. Either way the very polite receptionist agreed and said Wow thats weird, just call Nick or email, Im sure he can help. I called and left a voicemail from the parking lot and he responded quickly the next morning via email. I called and spoke with him the next day, he explained that on the sizing chart it showed that shirts are indeed larger than sweatshirts. Which doesnt make sense. I said Im sorry I did not notice and it is brand new he didnt even try it on, my son is just excited to wear and display his school spirit. He cut me off in the middle of my sentence rudely and said theres nothing he could do. I asked if I could exchange it or have credit, he said theres nothing he could do. I will donate this sweater to a child in need at my sons school. I wont support this business anymore. The customer service was rude and unremorseful. Whats sad is he knew exactly who this was for, a little boy excited about his school and his school apparel.

Eddie responds quickly in responding to questions or fulfilling needs.For Clubs his business process and model is amazing. They make it so easy to outfit your club with a myriad of choices. Workmanship and support is awesome. If you have a club and want to get shirts, or hats, or whatever, they can do it and its top quality. Their StoreFront ordering processes will spoil you. Ask about it.
