Excellent selection of tile and extremely knowledgeable helpful staff. Part of my tile arrived in a different dye lit, they did everything to fix it and their suggestions actually saved me over $164.00 over the original tiles! I couldnt be more pleased!

I wanted to buy from a local shop and support small businesses, ended up having to wait over a month to get my tiles. I went here to ordered some tiles from them, told me it would take less than a week for my order to get to the store. After two weeks of waiting with no one from the store even calling me to let me know what was going on, I had to call them to ask where my order was and they told me theyll give me call back with the status of my order...never got a call from them. After almost 5 weeks of waiting I had to go back into the store and resolve the issue in person, during this whole time Ive never gotten one phone call from them to let me know why my order was taking so long to get there.Ill never go back to this Santa Rosa Tile again, should have just went to Home Depot or Lowes in the first place and not have to wait for so long with no customer service support.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us remodel our bathroom as well as stay within our budget. I never felt like they were trying to upsell or pressure us into purchasing something we really didnt need. I highly recommend Santa Rosa tile. Our bathroom turned out great, and now the ironic thing is that the bathroom is the nicest room in our house.
