Convenient ACE hardware store on Guerneville and Fulton Roads... Staff are super helpful and there’s basic stuff you would find at a hardware store (tools, paint, electrical, etc) as well as decor, plants and gardening stuff. A little pricey but the helpful staff are a plus. Easy parking right out front and a Starbucks next door.

The lady with long hair is the most helpful store employee I have ever met. If she ever leaves Ace Hardware, the entire establishment will fall apart. The store is small and not always well stocked but she brings this whole place to a 4 star hardware store.

I have been shopping here since the store opened. The owner and most of the employees have been great over the years. The selection is about what youd expect for a neighborhood hardware store and the prices are low enough for me to avoid a trip to the big stores in most cases.The only reason why this isnt a five star review is that the store manager is a jersey. Ill leave specifics out of this review buti have had several negative experiences with him over the years.

Super Bad Experience.They get me a coupon for signing in on the Ace app so i told my friend and we got two coupons together, but the cashier( Ulysses) didnt want to pass my coupon because he said there was a problem and that the coupon was 5 off 50 when the coupon said 5 off 5, after I persuade him in spanish to pass it because it was 5 he pass the coupon with no trouble. So when my friend wanted to used his coupon the same cashier said the same thing, to the same coupon and before he pass the coupon other cashier(Ralen) moved him and she told us that the coupon that my friend just got that day in the morning was already used the previous week, so I asked for her manager and she didnt called her but said she did so I waited for the manager to help us pass the coupon but she never came so I asked to see when and where the coupon was used but she told me that would be not possible so we just leave.I have no idea why they behave like that and refused to do the sale for using a coupon they told us to get on the app the previous time we were in the store. I dont know if anyone has had a bad experience in this store or if you were using a coupon did they refused to used a coupon you had?By the way the manager(I dont remember her name) was at a point trying to pass my friends coupon but she didnt pass it and when she leave the female cashier(Ralen) told us the coupon was used, again, last week when the coupon was got that day.

The crew here are just beyond belief.As friendly as they are knowledgeable, and there are always interesting and amusing items to discover in the lane by the check out - things you never thought you needed, and some things you *know* you dont need but you get em anyway!

You can find almost anything you need at this Ace hardware. The staff is not as friendly as I was with like but theyre okay. Prices are a little high. The store is clean and very organized

Always find what I need here. Prices are higher than the big box hardware stores, but Ace Hardware is convenient and the people working there know what they are talking about.

I have not been to hardware store in a wile, stuff is expensive! I think its weird going to any store and trying to stay 6ft from people,I am a people person,the cashier was great I wish I remember her name,I get it next time I go there

Ive had wonderful experiences in this store.Employees are knowledgeable and helpful, andIve had good luck finding just about everything Ive wanted from this store.Last year, they helped me with an item that was not purchased there, and I now have a functioning version of the item I needed. Im so grateful.Fun when you really need something specific and also fun to shop for things you didnt realize you needed. We are so fortunate to have them here in our neighborhood!

This is a nice little hardware store. Its handy to have in the neighborhood, but its far from comprehensive (there simply isnt room to stick everything). I end up here once or twice a month on average for odds and ends. Friendly staff.

Well to put it simply. I was lied to and led to believe that there was a shipment of ladybugs coming in. I waited and asked several days in a row only to be informed after waiting patiently they had not been ordered and would no longer be ordered. I shop here for all my garden needs but will now be shopping elsewhere.

Stopped by this nice Ace Hardware when I was in town, cant complain, lots of friendly employees, and good selection, normal of an Ace and what they would have. They had what I wanted and then some, and even walked out with a few things I didnt plan to buy hahaha.

They usually have what I need and always at a fair price. $$$ If the item is not on sale there is usually a coupon in their flyer to get you a % off. The store has pretty much everything one would need for their home. Their Hot Deals are always a great buy for the money. Happy shopping.

Living in guerneville its great to have a hardware store so close by Saves a long trip to Santa Rosa and the staff is very friendly and helpful

This particular ACE hardware store is close to my workplace so have used it for decades now. Friendly staff, very well stocked, good sales, reasonable daily prices.

I ordered curbside pickup they took the order charged my card and then when I checked to see if it was ready to pick it up I was told it been canceled and had trouble getting my card refunded

Whats not to love about Ave Hardware!!??Locally owned old-timey hardware store, Ace is where you find things the big box stores just dont carry - and there is always a healthy selection of quirky things you might not need but will enjoy checking out. Heck, often I find myself bringing home things I didnt need at all!

Not too helpful. Asked for a couple things and they just said nobody has that in town. Ran over to Target and grabbed everything we needed.
