Not super helpful. Buy a hat and get out is the vibe I got. Bought the hat I wanted online and cheaper, won’t ever be back

Honestly not the best selection of hats except for a few teams.

I went to lids today to pick up a couple of new eras around 2:30 and the doors were closed with a sign taped to it saying out to lunch.I saw three employees in there, so I did some other shopping and came back an hour later.When I came back, the employee said they were still on lunch. I asked him what time they would be reopening and he said whenever he feels like getting off of lunch.I left.

Ordered a hat online Monday with the option to have it picked up the same, well today is Wednesday with no communication. Finally called and was talked to like I was wasting their time. I used to love LIDS store here in Santa Rosa but I think I will just have my orders shipped to my house from now on.

Very friendly and professional service. Johnathan made my custom embroidered signature 49ers hat. I had Bosa, Buckner, Armistead, and Ford embroidered on my hat. I appreciate his suggestions and his talent in making this hat. I absolutely love it!!!! Best customer service experience ever!!! Respectful, friendly, and fun to talk to about sports.

Went in there today to get a hat. This is the store I usually go to every time I need a new hat and there usually very cool there. Today I went in and was looking and I asked the sales man why all the hats even the ones that were the same brand were priced so different? He didn’t answer or look at me than he says I don’t have time to know every hats price or why there priced that way???? Really????? Isn’t that exactly your main job??? I turned around walked out and bought my hat up stairs. I will never shop there again.

If you like NEW ERA, its a nice shop. There are more kinds and colors than in Japan, and there were many caps such as those with the mark of the Golden Gate Bridge that can only be found here. The second one was on sale at half price when I visited. The list price itself is cheaper than buying in Japan. I havent put up any clothing. The clerk was also kind. After purchasing, it was a paper bag without putting it in the box.
