The tub I first bought at the Santa Rosa store didnt have features that I wanted but Thomas was willing to trade it for one that did at a reasonable rate. There were a few hassles setting it up (not the fault of Sonoma). The staff was fast in responding to the situation. Jennifer was friendly throughout the process.

I did quite a bit of research, and visited three hot tub stores in Santa Rosa. I really had a great appreciation of the knowledge by the staff of Sonoma hot tubs and especially liked the dimension one Aurora product. When I asked to do a test drive they looked at me not knowing what I meant. I said, if I were making a purchase of a car, I would do a test drive...so can I get into the tub, full and try it on for size. In two days they accommodated me with a wonderful private experience. Once the tub was delivered, electrically connected, and filled, I experienced about two weeks of glitches which always indicated air flow problems. SHT kept returning until the problem was resolved. It was a manufacturing error, where there was an additionallug not that keeps the filters locked down in the tub that was floating around internally, blocking the air flow. They corrected the problem and for the past couple of months I have totally enjoyed my daily soaks! I am so glad that I chose Sonoma Hot Tubs. I have them come to me bi monthly to do the maintenance water service.

The hot tub is great. Very roomy and comfortable with good jets.The service was great as well. I had a deck built on 3 sides and needed to have the cover-lifter changed to a lifter that works in this configuration.My sales rep Jennifer took care of it expediently and I received and just installed the cover lifter today.

They did an excellent job with our hot tub repair for a leak. Were on time, very communicative, and resolved the issue well. Would highly recommend!

We have been very happy with the sales and service. After being let down by 2 other dealers we were pleasantly surprised that all the promises made were followed through on. Our spa arrived on time. The delivery was as promised and the support after the delivery were good. We had a great experience. Anyone shopping for a spa should definitely check them out.

Sonoma Hot Tub was suggested to us by a friend and we have been very thankful that we called them. Thomas immediately impressed me when I called him, set up an appointment within hours of the call and our purchase was made the same day at the Santa Rosa store. The sales staff were very professional and courteous, answered all of our questions and made the sale a very pleasant experience. The delivery guys were fantastic and took great care of us. At this time I could not be anymore pleased with the entire experience.

I recently purchased a Dimension One Cove hot tub from Sonoma Tub & Pool Supplies and I am absolutely pleased with it. The delivery and setup was seamless. I was able to use the tub at full temperature within 48 hours. The store’s overall service quality was impressive. I would recommend Sonoma Tub to anyone in the market for a spa. Their inventory quality is splendid.

If I could honestly say that I was a serial hot tub purchaser, I would like my experience to be what I experienced with Jennifer and Tom at Sonoma Hot tubs. I live in the east bay and researched hot tubs on YouTube, internet and asking friends and eventually reached out to my local hot tub businesses. Minimal to no reply!? Spotted Sonoma hot tubs on a internet search, reached out to them and in moments got a reply from Jennifer. Her energy, attention to detail, efforts to explain, and most importantly, her honesty won my business.They are 90min-2hrs away for me but it was worth the efforts to meet and visit. Multiple discussions on the phone/email and one visit to the store, I bought the Dimension one Nautique. This tub is gangster! It was delivered on schedule. The delivery guys were good people, careful and mindful of the surroundings with the tub. Helped me set up, place, and adjust the hot tub. Perfect quick execution. My plans for my personal electrician buddy to install for me instantly did not work out, so I reached out to Jennifer again. She happily referred me to a list of electricians, which led to my hot tub being connected the following week. Tom took the personal time to help me set up and correct a minor common issue with filling new hot tubs. Do not fill the hot tub with water from the top. YouTube water locks. Fill from the filter hole. Anyways, Tom was super helpful and took my multiple calls on a Saturday!? They provided me with all the chemicals and instructions I needed to take care of my hot tub. Start and maintenance. Its definitely not rocket science. I will continue to give them the business of chemicals, replacement filters, upgrades etc. because for just meeting them the first time, they took care of me like we were close family friends.

We have had an amazing experience with Jennifer and Sonoma Hot Tubs. Jennifer is kind, helpful and really follows through. We had our hot tub delivered today and it was a piece of cake. I would highly recommend them for their fantastic service. Cant wait to jump in!
