This is an awesome store that I would definitely refer my family and friends. It has a great selection of products that are easy to find on the well organized shelves. The front desk person is welcoming and helpful. I was just passing through the area and I’m glad I stopped. I’ll definitely suggest and use Deep Roots Hydroplonics whenever I can.

Good selection of nutrients and in various sizes which is nice. Very organized. Staff could be a little more professional and attentive I guess. Honestly, they could be a little nicer as well.Personally, I dont like feeling like Im bothering someone because they have to ring up my 4 items. Sooo sorry...The 4th star is for their exceptionally good selection of nutrients.

I found it easier to buy all of my supplies from other vendors. The reason is the employees dont even know what a temperature/humidity thermostat is. I had to explain what it is and what it does 3 times. After the 3 time explaining, thats a cut off of all my purchases.

Spent weeks looking for a gram scale with gradation for a baking project in all of the obvious places...until someone suggested hydro shops! I’ve met these guys at various events so I gave them a call first and they totally delivered. Jesse checked options, pricing and specific features I needed. (Fourth time’s the charm?!) I went in and Connor showed me even more options. Needless to say, I bought one of the handful of scales they’ve got and it worked! Thanks so much, guys :)

Such an awesome shops with great/friendly employees. I live out in Sacramento and drove out here today. You guys made getting what I need super easy and when I got their one of the things on my order I didn’t need and they made everything super easy. Would definitely come back. Great service, but some of the products are overpriced.Ill recommend double check the price before buying, you could find the same product almost 1/2 of their price somewhere else locally.
