The management goes over and beyond to help me as a contractor in a complex and difficult business. I had one situation where I had ordered some large olives up from Southern California to be delivered early Saturday morning. The machine was delivered Friday but the truck broke down delivering my olives so the machine just sat there. I spoke with the manager and he reduced the rental price and worked to get the machine delivered to a tight spot. This was a nice experience.
