What a lovely experience! I ordered online while the store was closed, got a personalized email the next day for special Monday hours, walked in, and received such a warm and effusive welcome. The store owner was respectful and eager to show me all the features of my purchases. Im only sorry I parked at a fast-expiring meter and couldnt chat. Next time!

This is a great store, and so often when we go looking for something that we need thats related to travel, we look here first and we find it. Being a strap-hanger who prefers to be unencumbered, Im especially partial to the selection of purse-sized backpacks and hip- pouches.

I Purchased numbers of items and most recently an attache that I love from California Luggage It is just perfect. This after much searching and patient help from Bernie. His fine service and excellent products have been consistent for the 25 years I have known them. You can even talk politics from opposite poles without feeling your at odds. That is as good as a purveyor of excellent wares can get...

I was very impressed with the knowledge that the owner had on his products. On top of being knowledgeable, he also has a no pressure approach, which made this a very pleasant experience. Definitely will be going back to make our purchase.

Came in on the fence about buying new luggage for family as my daughter wanted me to go to Costco, but luckily for us their staff and owner were super personable to our family. Owner even spoke to my youngest as a real person with her own sense of style and wants. Really impressed with this place. Thanks for the great service and awesome gear. Now we travel less frustrated about bags breaking or causing us to go slow.

I really appreciate this store, the family whove owned and operated it since the 70s are really nice and making buying luggage easy. The have a ton of selection and lots of fun bits and pieces for those of us who love to travel and organize our bags!
