Hi Leonard, Im sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience at 4D Machine Co., Inc. . I wish you would contact us so we can get the information for you that you need. We dont purposely remove info from machines we sell as some of the machines we get in have their info already removed. But we try and get the costumer all the info that we can on machines that they buy. Some of the machines are old and have been around the world before they get to us. As for manuals, some times they just dont exist and we have no way of rectifying that. Wed love to hear from you. Thanks Don

If you buy any used machinery from 4D, be aware that they will remove all identifications tags with OEM serial numbers for cross-referencing parts. They want all parts to be purchased through them. Also, they will not make the original manuals available for any of the used machinery that they sell..
