Jakes crew performed a literal facelift to an ancient driveway and parking lot at our new therapy offices on Forth Street in Santa Rosa. The previous owners didnt see the liability hazard the lot was, and it became a top priority for us to make it safe and usable upon taking new ownership. Jake - along with his estimator Bill - worked patiently with us over four months as we secured necessary funding to see this become a reality. Having seen the work Jake performed on the neighboring business lots with very satisfactory results, we were pleased to secure his services. The re-creation took all of one lengthy day in October. The crew was professional and courteous.Like all personal reviews, your experience may be different. Our therapy group has never needed asphalt work performed in the past. With no prior experiance as the property manager, I trusted many Google and Yelp reviews and Im glad we went with Jake. Client feedback has been wonderful, especially from those who were forced to use the old lot with its potholes and erratic slopes. We had a rather large project at Russian River Covered RV Storage in Healdsburg. There were some quirks that came along with this project as we were going over a very rough and broken chip seal surface. Sikes took great care with our almost 500 tenants that store their boats and RVs here. Prior to beginning the job Jake put a lot of thought in the planning from getting the driveways cleaned, measured properly and how we could do this with minimal interuption of business.Everyone is so pleased with how smooth the driveways are to drive on and how much less dust we are all are dealing with.

Sikes Asphalt did an excellent job extending my parking lot in Santa Rosa. He created a seamless extension to an existing asphalt parking lot that is twenty years old. Jake was excellent to wok with. His company came highly recommended. Jake has a high energyApproach to getting the job completed with no glitches. If anything came up he took care of it immediately on his own. The job he did was adding a 38 space extension. The quality of his work is outstanding. I highly recommend his company.

We were referred to Sikes Asphalt and contacted them for a small encroachment job. They responded right away and met at the site to do an estimate. They were able to work us into their schedule and the beautiful paving job was done in two weeks. We would recommend them for any paving job large or small.

Sikes did a fabulous job on our asphalt. Ours was a fire re-build and there were sections of asphalt that were still ok but we were really concerned about how their work would tie in with what was left. They made 2-3 site visits beforehand to make sure they were clear on what we wanted and needed, made helpful suggestions and were detailed in their estimate and scheduling. When they arrived to do the work, there was a whole crew of workers who really hustled. We had gotten less expensive bids from some other companies but we had seen Sikes work and were quite impressed by their attention to detail. Pricing was very fair and we know its going to last. Impressed to say the least and we will definitely use them again.

This is a great company with which to do business. They came out and discussed options for sealing our driveway. They sent us an estimate with a fair price for the work we needed. We scheduled with them and they confirmed our appointment the day before. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job in a timely manner of filling in cracks with a substantial material and then applying a sealer. When dry, the driveway was all a consistent color. The workmen were polite and professional. They are a hit in our neighborhood as we found them based on great work they did on our neighbors’ driveway, and another neighbor asked for an estimate based on our work!

Recently, I was looking for an asphalt company to help us with some asphalt repairs at an apartment building we manage. Of all the asphalt companies we called, Sikes responded the most effectively. They went out to the property and provided a bid to repair the asphalt as well as a bid to replace the asphalt and within a few days gave us all the information we needed to start the job, the other companies took weeks to reply and one never responded at all.The repairs they did were well above our expectations, their crew was on time, respectful and work diligently to get the work done quickly so our tenants only suffered a minimal interruption to their parking.I highly recommend Sikes Asphalt, weve used several companies in the past (I dont think it would be fair to mention names) and although Sikes was not the least expensive, they have by far done the best work and been the most responsive.

I have been in the construction business for 47 years and myself being a licensed flooring contractor, choosing Sikes Asphalt was a no brained when it came time to have my driveway done at a duplex that I own.I was pleasantly surprised to see Jake Sike (President of the company) out on the job running the crew! Excellent quality for a small driveway in penngrove. Team was responsive, scheduled the job in a timely manner and handled all the inspections with the county.

These guys REALLY bailed me out !!!! I had one of the GYPSY companies come out .. with their crew .. and repave - reseal my drive way and parking area. They didnt put enough material down. Then, when it failed - claimed I had an underground river flowing thru my driveway area.Sikes (the owner) and his foreman came out. We looked at it. Sikes says I can fix it. When they took it apart there was very little base and the ground beneath was indeed wet. Theres no way the OTHER company didnt see that. So, after putting a bunch of base in there - and - that being 2 years ago - my drive way is still up and looking great and is not collapsing. First time since being built in 1993 that its had NO issues. Ill have them back out here - spring of 2019 - so they can reseal and fix me up.
