I cannot find a place to review the B street location, so Ill review here. Christina is amazing, the sweetest, best customer service, and makes sure Jesus is the center of the store. Tania is also phenomenal! Not only are both girls great help, but they make the stores so joyful and pleasant to be in! Keep them both!

I am not a thifter but, came here to search for a new food processor for a friend who has theirs being held together by duck tape. Crossing the Jordan has plenty of items from clothing to kitchen wear to furniture. They check your temperature when you come in and enforce mask rules. I wasnt able to find anything, the one food processor they did have didnt have the blade so I question why they had it on the shelf.

I heard that this store was under new ownership. If this is true I have to say I was appalled today walking through. Was looking for a nightstand. All they had was beat up, chipped paint, scratches and had the gull to ask $40 for something if lucky maybe worth $10The store was a mess. I couldnt find someone to help me. Ive never seen this store in this condition before. The furniture was always in good state and prices were very reasonable. They had nothing in womans jeans all you had to do was take a look around and what they were charging for this stuff was criminal. I will never go back to this store again. Its before was my absolute favorite store. Not after today.

Dont be fooled by the photos from 3 years ago. The store is under new ownership and is a complete disgusting mess. It is so unsafe and not accessable for people who have disabilities.

New ownership and it is absolutely disgusting in here. Looks similar to the homeless camps around the city. Prior owners at least kept things clean and somewhat orderly.

The place was a mess, like no one works there, unorganized, items on display, most of it was junk, dirty, like it all was just thrown there as is, unchecked. I didnt and wouldnt buy anything from there.

Do not hire these people to move you. They break things. Things go missing. Just horrible.

Theyve changed owners and changed names. Filthy store was broken items and boxes and trash everywhere. Closed stacked 5 ft high in one room. Not sure how theyre even allowed to open legally.

Chelsea is a star and had a wonderful vibe that made pant shopping almost enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back just because of her!

I love this Place! Its not just a store with stuff stuffed into it. Its a Palace of Possibilities, a, and the good folks who staff it can make it worth the trip just to get to know them. And, there is Magic happening here! So many times Ive wished for a thing, large or small, and popped in there only to find just what i wanted, and at a price that could make a Scotsman blush! But, caveat emptor, buyers beware., once you cross Jordan, youll be drawn back again and again! And its for Good Causes, just ask Julie, Christina, Sonya, Doug, Travis, Ruthie,Roberto, how they feel about their service and youll understand. Theres a Healing Vibe going on there. First off the two lovely young gentleman that work there greeted me I was not prepared for the enormity of this place its freaking huge plan on spending a while when you go but everybody they were super nice and I am definitely going back

This is a great thrift store to find good little treasures. The folks that work there are always friendly. Julie over at the Santa Rosa ave store is so kind and funny, and lets our guys from our day program for adults with disabilities help out at the store, and that has been an amazing experience for our people. The fact that she knows all their names, and thanks them Everytime they come in to volunteer. We will be life long customers.

Clean and doesnt smell bad like some thrift stores do. Big store with great pricing and plenty of inventory that is all in very good or better condition. Staff are friendly and helpful. And its towards a necessary cause. Helping sex trafficked people to rise.

We brought a small box of new used items. We were asked to wait a few minutes. We watched the gentleman working not look in our box. He walked back and told us our items were ‘Worn’. We took our items to Goodwill to donate. Not sure if this was an isolated incident?

Love this place, I can always find something I cant live without. All the stores are incredible. The staff gets ten stars at all locations because they are friendly, helpful and kind.

A good thrift store that moves through items regularly with lots of consistent donations. I find things I like/need throughout the year. It is also a great program and staffed by woman in the program!

Probably the best thrift store in Sonoma county. The prices cant be beat, the selection changes daily, the cause is valid and worthwhile. They have multiple stores with different types of pricing. The boutiques are slightly higher priced with less worn clothing. The parking is great and they are open late.

Great location. All the stores really. Helpful and friendly people. A wide variety and selection of clothing, both mens and womems. Lots of accessories too. Art supplies for the kids, games, and books to read, and toys to play with.

The Santa Rosa Ave store has so much stuff piled on the shelves, you cant find things of value, if there was any. Last week I saw people organizing housewares & misc into displays by color at least on two shelves. I had donated an expensive item, but I think it was just left outside on a couch in the rain. Will like donate the nice stuff to another thrift store until they can manage their excess inventory.

Hands down the most awesome thrift stores on the planet. And that they help addicts find their back to their spirit plus aid in the war against human trafficking would make them the most awesome thrift store in the galaxy... But wait, theres more...Like thee BEST staff ever!!!

Great selecrion. I found 4 filing cabinets here and the price was only $40!!! What?!?! So cheap. They even carried them to my car and helped put them in. Definitely a great place

This is a great Thrift Store...I always find something to take home. Ive bought furniture, nic-nacks, clothing, many things. Sometimes you have to search, but its worth it...

The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. They are a great bunch of people to work with.

Pricing for items in this stores are fair. Overall service is good. There is a bathroom located in the back. However, there is barely any parking for the store.

Cant say enough what a wonderful place to shop, and the bonus is the profits go towards rebuilding lives, keeping mothers with their children and rescuing trafficked children. The most amazing people I have met at CTJ.
