I walked up to the pickup table and asked about some head shavers. The Associate Baby was extremely helpful and professional! I wanted to take time to research more but I was so happy with the service from her that I just had to buy it. I am very happy with my Wahl Finale 5 Star Super close Foil Shaver. It is beautiful and works great.I was able to shave my head down to my scalp like I was looking for. I can shave my head anytime or clean up my beard. This purchase was super helpful for me. The prices here matched Amazons and Beat Wal Mary Pricing! That’s Amazing! Sally’s has always been my go to for date I say it, Beauty Supplies.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I went to Sally Beauty store in Santee Mission Gorge Rd today, and there were at their full capacity inside the store, 6 people already inside, so one of the three employees asked me to wait few minutes outside. Time passes on more than 30 min and Line behind me gets longer, some people left the line. I can see from the glass that one of the employees just chatting with the customer after she pays for her purchase for more than 10 min ignoring the people waiting outside. After about 35min the last customer left and I went inside and I said it was a long waiting not few min! one of the employees (skinny blond hair) answered right away: this is the rules for COVID-19 if you don’t like it you may leave. What??!! What kind of customer service is this? I asked. I told her we all should be mindful of each other in such circumstances and you do not have to talk to a customer this way. I am complying with the rules and wearing my mask and waiting long time outside in a warm humid afternoon. She yields at me saying “STOP”! when I asked why you are yelling at me? I am a customer and you should talk to me in a nice way. She opened the store front door and said you should leave! I asked: are you refusing to provide service to me after I have been waiting that long? I will contact the company and file complaint, I said. Then another employee (Asian) jumped in and said: “I cannot take it anymore, just leave!” and opened the door again. I said I will get what I am here for and leave. And both refused to answer my question when I asked about the item I am looking for and weather they have and where it locates. They just walked away from me. Then I decided to stop the humiliation to myself and left the store without even getting what I was there for. I would never go back to this store again and I will share this review and my experience with all people I know. I went to another beauty store in Santee right after that and received a wonderful customer service with smile and respect. NEVER GOING BACK TO SALLY BEAUTY SANTEE STORE.

I arrived at 5:55 pm, after losing my way following Google map to Sallys on Mission Gorge, Santee, where they close at 600pm, today, Sunday, October 22, 2017 . The black girl at the register would not look at me when, through the locked door, I pointed out it wasnt 6 yet and I only needed one thing. Ignored. There was also another young girl there with a purple ponytail. She went and hid in the back, rather than wait on a customer.Yet the black girl had no problem unlocking the door for a lady collecting recyclables. Nice work ethic. Both of them.The mother of the purple hair came to pick her up. The mother apologized for her daughters lack of professionalism, and said she had told her daughter many times she should not be working in any customer related business because she had no people skills.I am going to contact the manager and the owner, and see how they feel about closing early and refusing to serve customers during business hours.Not Happy.

Wonderfully friendly, gave me great advice and I love the product! My curls look great. Will definitely be my new hair product store.

They have really bad customer service especially the manager she was really rude with us

Despite the recent incidents in Santee they are unaffected and open for Biz. They are keeping their door locked and limiting the # of people inside at a time. Yet I had no wait.

This place has a lot of beauty products. If you need beauty products, you can buy them here. You can also buy them other places too.

They have most everything, event hand sanitizer, gloves and mask.

I can never fnd what Im looking for, then when I do, the products have already been open (I mostly shop for cosmetics), also the staff needs some training in customer service skills...

I came there for pink and blue and purple hair dye, and i cant believe that is EXACTLY what was on sale!!! Hell ya!!!
