Friendly. Know how to take care of costumers,, great at showing slabs on site,,, would recommend to anyone that needs slab work and tile work. The best in San Diego.,,,
Hate when places close early waste my time and they lost a customer.
European are artists, master craftsmen who were totally helpful, responsive and perfectionists when designing and laying out our counters using our choice of materials. The seams were virtually invisible after the installation. The installation is everything we hoped for. Well done everyone at European!
FANTASTIC!!!Great selection of materials, promptness, costs, and the staff couldnt be nicer. Were now on our second major job renovating the washrooms after they did the kitchen countertops years ago.I wish that every vendor and contractor that Ive dealt with over the years, were as honest, ethical, dependable, and nice as European. Deal with them directly, rather than through any other contractor.
Getting something new is always exciting, but seeing it for the first time is a thrill. The workmanship is very nice. The new counterpart look so nice, now I want to put in a new floor to match. Awesome job everyone.
The worst, dont waist your time on this company. Over 3 months it took them to install 30 feet of kitchen counter. They will not call you back and when you finally get someone on the phone they straight up lie to you about your order, delivery time or whatever it is theyll say theyll call back and never do. If I could I would give them a 0 stars I would but unfortunately thats not possible.
Nina, Kimberly, and Mike took great care of me. Needed a new granite countertop for my bathroom; they delivered an absolute beautiful countertop on time and within my budget
If you want to have the granite you picked out and put a deposit on sold to someone else then this is the place to go. They promised to hold our granite until the kitchen was ready to have it installed (3 weeks), but when we went to pick it up it was gone and after much digging we found out they had sold it to someone else and it was gone. Since they would not refund our deposit we were forced to choose another slab that was no where near close to the original one.
Beautiful company! We just finished our 4th kitchen remodel, absolutely love them!
We used European countertops for our Home Depot kitchen design project so we weren’t the ones who chose them but we were extremely satisfied with our new counters and the team who measured and installed. The communicated great and were very efficient!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I was told I could possibly have my counter installed by Christmas, if not by New Years. Those 2 didn’t happen. I called them (because they do not call you) and asked for an update, only person to respond was Charlie the salesman and was told January 9 th, I told him I wasn’t available that day but I could be home on the 10th. No call on the 9 th to confirm and give me a delivery time and when I called them there was no answer and the salesman said he would check first thing after a brief text exchange. Next day no call no show. The salesman said it was a fabrication error but when I finally got a hold of a manager or owner he told me they didn’t even have the product. Nothing but lies from the staff only one person honest about it. He said I didn’t get a call because they were short staffed for the holidays ( really your holidays run into Jan 10 th?) at that point I cancelled the order and had countertops from another company in 10 days .
We walked around the showroom for 10 minutes and did not see one person. No one offered to help us at all even though we could hear people talking upstairs. Poor customer service.Response to Owner: I went back into my Google Timeline and it shows that we visited your showroom on Monday, February 18. We were there from 1:34pm-1:47pm.Additional comment on company: We ended up purchasing our quartz countertop from Home Depot on February 24. We were surprised to find out that European does the installations. While the transaction at Home Depot went flawlessly, getting European out to complete the job was filled with problems. We were expecting to hear from the scheduler on the 25th, but by late afternoon on the 26th we still had not heard from anyone, so I contacted Home Depot. The measurement appointment was scheduled for the next day. On February 27 they came out to measure and we were told we would receive a call to schedule the installation in 3-5 days, because the installation would happen in 5-7 days.On the 10th business day (March 13) and no word on the installation, I called Home Depot to follow up because we had taken March 15th off weeks before in anticipation of scheduling the installation for that day. Home Depot reps were extremely helpful and apologetic, but were not able to assist us with getting the work completed in the time we had allotted. When European finally contacted us to schedule a time, the first available was days away on March 19. The latest they would come out to install was 1pm on on a weekday. I voiced my concerns because due to our schedules, it would be difficult to make arrangements to be there so early in the afternoon, but I scheduled their latest appointment. The day before the installation I had a voicemail message after work saying that they would be at our house between 8am-12pm the next morning. When I tried to call they were already closed. We had to scramble to make arrangements for someone to be at the house for the installers. The day of, the installers did not show up until 11:45am, after I called to leave a message to find out when they would be arriving. It was a HUGE hassle dealing with European for the installation. The quality of work provided was good, but not worth the hassles we went through for the installation. We were told that it would take 7-10 days to complete the process, but it took a total of 23 days from purchase to installation.
Really bad customer service, you have to be calling them and on their back and it takes several calls and messages for them to get back to you, they are oppening a new design center and are backed up but they wont let you know, its sad they put their stores before the customer and not even tell you you will be left without a kitchen because they didnt plan ahead of time, went to pick out my slab on July 25th and today is August 9th and they dont even have the material in fabrication site yet.
Wow where do I Start total.nightmare they are not even close to professional we are going to court with them its been very scary do not trust them I promise you .you will very sorry you hired them I will.soon follow up with photos
