We have been life time customers of Cecil Tires since they opened in Sand Springs. We have dealt with Troy Cox most of those years. When we heard he was at the Sapulpa location, my husband wanting to go there to purchase tires for his Dodge Ram 3500 pickup. We only needed 2 tires, but Troy gave us a great deal for all 6! I arrived at 7:15 am, was told it would take 1-1/2 to 2 hours to get it done. In the process, one of the wheels was scratched. We were told because they were at fault, they were going to pay the repair or replacement cost. That was awesome for them to admit they were at fault and would be paying for the repair. We will definitely be back for all our tire purchases. They are very good it what they do, and dont try to screw you. Great job to the whole staff, especially Troy!!

They have always been good to me. I bought tires from there and always try to get my oil changed from there also. They always rotate my tires and provide fair prices. My heat sheild came loose once and they said it was a simple fix and fixed it for free. Their workers have always been courteous and kind. Bob always takes great care of me.

They quote one price with warranty great price.Get your tires on the day you set up a appointment and two and half hours tires on.Go pay for your tires and they ask if you want warranty for $122 what the /=//.You are better off going to Discont Tire and they stand buy the deal you make.I have tried Cecil and Sons in Sand Springs because I lived there and I will never go back.I decided to try the one in Sapulpa because I live in Sapulpa. I will never go back again and I am a outside sales rep and I will let every customer know about the deals they make and they dont stand buy them.

Took a tire in for a repair earlier in the day after not receiving a call I tried calling them my calls wasnt answered. This was first and last time I had such a negative experience at the Sapulpa location. Upon returning I found my tire a against a pole. The guy I has left the tire with was disrespectful and careless.I had been dealing Cecil for over 20 years. Thats okay I found a tire shop across from Reasors on taft.Right where car wash was behind Walgreens. Good prices and awesome customer service.

These guys are amazing! I came in worried about my vehicle because I had a crunching sound coming from what I thought was my tire. One of the mechanics there drove it and come to find out it was a shock that was loose. He tightened it and sent me on my way with me knowing I had nothing to worry about! I am bummed because I heard they are closing and this is such an honest and great group, and I sure hated to hear that. Thank you guys for all your hard work over the years.

So it was a 5 star rating before my last trip, I absolutely loved this place ever since I moved to sapulpa, but now I will NEVER go here again for any reason ever Id rather walk then have them take advantage of my business EVER again. Is it cause Im young? Is it because Im a woman? Who really knows. What I do know is warrenty doesnt mean rent it means if your in warrenty they take care of the problem, so tell my why when I brought my tires in that were under warrenty and had metal bands showing they CHARGED ME EVERY MILE I DROVE ON THE TIRE I BOUGHT, I didnt rent this tire why am I paying for them again it would have been cheaper to just buy a new tire and say throw the old tire in the trash i have a warrenty on but no they charged me almost 200 dollars to honor my warrenty. If u like to be treated like a person dont go here unfortunely this has become the case. And this isnt the only time things like this have happened this just takes the cake. 3 times in the past year. Thank u Im a single mom who cant afford to be treated like this. Im just blown away in small town america they treat you like this I hope nobody else go through the things they put me through!!!!

We took the truck in last week to have the tire sensors checked. They found out the sensors were missing. (Did this free of charge.) Took the van in today to get a new tire due to a really large nail. They got us in before closing. Ive been a customer for more than a decade and it is usually lower priced and quicker than expected. Highly recommend them for tire needs etc.

Bought set of 4 tires 2 weeks ago. Troy was awesome getting me a good deal. The tire tech who put on my tires was super fast and I have had no problems. Had my oil changed there as well it was super fast and awesome service.

This is my place for oil changes, rotations, tires or any small mechanical issues. They are personable and we have dealt with the same person for years. He wasnt there yesterday. So, yesterday was a bit of a fiasco, but you have to give them grace. There were new people that had issues with some task and a quick pick up turned into an all day thing. All in all, it was a lesson learned for them and one for me of patience and grace. I will be going back again!!!!

Took my car to sapulpa location.when I picked it up it had 4 stripped lug nuts,1 broke hubcap,lost 1 hubcap before I got home( not the broken one),they told me I had a bent rim,so I go buy a used rim, then they changed the wrong one. Mechanics 101 dont start lug nuts with a impact.

Went in on a Saturday to get a tube put in a tractor tire. Didnt wait long at all. Staff were very knowledgable and friendly. Will do my next tire business here.

These guys are great ! Ive used bother the sapulpa and sand springs locations. Always fast and professional. Plus on a side note, Ive seen that they let a ministry called adult and teen challenge set up and do donation car washes in their lot. Very impressed with a local business helping a local ministry that way. Way to go Cecil and sons !!

I had a blow out on i44. I called they said come on by. They was very prompt in putting on my spare. I was in and out in about an hour. Now thats quick service for dealing with a semi. If Im in the Tulsa area and in need of tire service again. I will definitely return.

Went in from work exhausted for a plug to be put into a tire. Got there at 2pm and didnt get done until 4 hours later. The speed of service is bad but the employees are nice. 3 out of 5.

Great service. It was a long wait but they took care of me well.

After a telephone conversation confirming the replacement part was there, I dropped the truck off at 8:15 a.m. this morning. I attempted to call them for a status at 2:30 in the afternoon I was placed on hold for 15 minutes after which I hung up. I went down to the store at 4 p.m. I was told they had the wrong part. The truck was left there all day and there was no communication at all until 4pm. Im very disappointed with the customer service and communication .

The staff that ran this local is phenomenal. They always take care of me regardless the issue. They took care of 5 cars of my family. They also take care of my motorhome. The staff is also honest. If a tire is still good to use, they never up sale and make us change it out prematurely. If a tire is not safe to drive, they will go out of their way to help you get back on the road. Always a good experience going here.

I would say my value added experience at Cecil and Sons has been great. Their sales staff and their technicians have experience to get the job done. All I had to do was tell them the size of the tire and tell them the price range I was hoping to reach. After that it was just a done deal do you have tires mounted and balanced and rotated and have a lifetime

The guys here were great. I had an issue come up on a Saturday and they were able to get me in and get me back on the road. They even managed to get it done for less than they had originally quoted me. Staff was super helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend.

Would have rated better for service..but had a screw in tire..got it plugged. Drove down the road and my tire gage was telling me I had less air then when I drove in. I went back and they were trying to tell me my tire gage inside car was not reset yet. I explained it was and tire was lower. So they took it back in and sure enough the stem or something was stuck letting air out. Fixed it got home and discovered they left my stem cap off😠

I have used Cecil and Sons for the last 4 years. They sell and install tires and will not charge you for a tire repair as long as you bought the tires there. People are friendly and knowledgeable. They dont do MAJOR repairs, but will refer you to one of their trusted friends. Its nice to have someone service my car who I can trust.

Had a nail pulled out of a tire 2 weeks ago. The same tire started to get flat so I took my car back to have it checked. They found another nail. They didnt charge me anything to repair it this time.

On a recent road trip, we discovered that our RV travel trailer wheel hubs were getting very hot, and we needed help fast. We dont know this area, but we were fortunate to find Cecil and Sons was the nearest tire center to us, so we left the interstate and went straight there. Walked in off the street and explained our situation. It was as if they dropped everything to help us, and within 30 minutes we were back on the road, assured that all was well. They would not even allow us to pay for their time, effort, and very considerate, quick attention. The technician also gave us some further advice about our trailer hitch that we very much appreciated -- it literally made all the difference in our entire trip. This isnt Jiffy Lube. Most days you are not going to get in and out of here. It take a while. If youre on a tight budget for tires, go to Walmart. If youre rich and want a high quality tire, go here. The people and the service you get here are both great.

If i could put negative stars i would, reason being i took my vehicle in explained the issue. They fixed one thing and recommend a few others. So i grabbed the other parts got the work done, but somewhere else because of cost. Take it back to them because the issue still was happening. Left for them to test drive and they say another issue. So did this as well went to test and still had the issue. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE TAKE YOUR CAR TO THE SAPULPA LOCATION. This was more of a nightmare than a dealership TRYING to scame you.

I brought my jeep in because it was doing the death wobble and I needed a new tire due to running over a screwdriver. They did the work put 2 new tires on I pick it up. The sales guy came out to my jeep looked at my other 2 tires and Measured my tread told me these 2 tires have plenty of life left in them I leave with in 2 blocks driving no more than 25-30 mph death wobble and its worse than before I dropped it off. Do I call the sales guy that Id been talking to tell him whats happening asked did they test drive it to make sure it was good to go?? he says hold on Im going to go get the guy that did the work. When he gets back on the phone he says We only drove it around the block so we didnt go more the 15-20 mph and you have 2 bad tires you should have replaced all 4! Hmmmm ok thats not what you said to my 20mins ago. Wont be back and I wont be recommending they to anyone!!

Terrible service. Stripped out my lug bolts and hub and refused to replace bolt and hub they damaged. Claimed it was pre-existing. But I thoroughly inspected the vehicle and the wheels before taking it up there to get just the tires changed out. This is a track car and its very closely inspected before every run. There was never a sign of hub damage until I took my car to cecil and sons discount tires. Never will I bring anything to them again. And I advise others to look elsewhere if they want quality service.

Theyve always taken care of everything well and I havent had to deal with any mistakes on their part yet. Can take awhile to get anything done, but thats the price of getting it done right.

Plugged my tire for $10.Since then I Have ordered tires and has them put on my mercedes.Mercedes are very paticular about balancing and Ive had tons of other shops have to balance multiple times to get it to have a smooth ride.

They didnt have my size tire had to wait but they fixed my flat it was very nice but the fumes was unreal. That day was fumy but I had Walmart ship a tire to their store was told for a week and a half that they was to busy to mount the tire I bought from them finally took the tire to Cecil and sons I had the wrong size. Walmart if they had just mounted it when I first went there would of seen the mistake and got me the right size but no I had Cecil and Sons rescue me ordered me the right size and got it on my car the very next day....MY HEROES

Mt first experience with Cecil and Sons Sapulpa location (as ive always had good experience with the sand springs location): Tried to see if my flat could be repaired. Unfortunately it couldnt because while the nail was in the top of the fire, it bent into the sidewall but they took the time to not just tell me nope (looking at you walmart!) But show me why! Came back during lunch break to replace. They told me they thought they could get me fixed up before my break was up and even if they cant, theyd give me a lift back before lunch was over! Small things like that go a long way! Now Im off of my donut and happy with the results!

Took my 2003 ford f250 to them to get alignment and when i got it back the adjustment sleves where loose very dangerous i could of got in accident and hurt someone or wrecked my truck when i called them about it it was like no big deal to them no sorry or anything he says well bring it in will take a look at it i said no thanks i want my money back because the day before i had them put new tires on and they lost my chrome caps had nothing to say about that one to i dont recommend them if i could leave no stars i would

People were nice but we had to get a new tire and they only had one 15 inch rim tire in the whole place. Its a newer store on sapulpa and only one 15 inch rim tire really?
