First time wasnt so good. Second time really good. Lets see how third time goes. Maybe I got someone on a bad day. It happens!

Walgreens can fill many orders in a fraction of the time it takes nearby competitors to fill the same prescription. Their phone/intercom system needs an updating but everyone makes my visit worth the time.

Very good at contacting me about my prescription and when they needed to be refilled and getting them filled as needed

I just wrote a long drawn out story of how wonderful the pharmacist Alan and one of the pharmacy tech people a female person whose name I don’t remember has been so wonderful to me every time that I needed someone to go the extra mile and carry 10 tons of snow in the process and clear the road all the way I I just can’t say enough about these two people and how helpful they’ve been to me and how knowledgeable and respectful and accountable and they’ve taught me a lot about what that means in this time of Covid where I am at home and My frustrations mount. I am grateful to Alan and two and a name Angel there at the Walgreens drive-through. Mona Martin

There are more than 6 workers in the Pharmacy yet the service is extremely slow and the employees have terrible customer service.

Went to get my flu shot & tdap shot here today. The woman who gave me my shots was very sweet & helpful. Wasnt a bad experience at all

The most terrible pharmacy service I’ve ever encountered

Was looking for black friday deals. They used to have a thanksgiving day sale. They didnt have any signs up, and no circulars, and not a single employee spoke to me so i guess they didnt have a sale today.

Im finally changing to Walmart, all year its been a fight to get my meds, every time I call they tell me they are waiting on doc authorization but I call my doctor and they have never received the forms. My doctor even called the pharmacy themselves, right after I just got off the phone with Walgreens where they told me they sent the forms, but they then told my doctor 5 minutes later that they actually hadnt sent it but would right away and it still hasnt been sent days later

They didn’t have the ointment my dr prescribed that she’d have to order. Asked if she could not check with their other pharmacies and she told me no that I’d have to call and check myself.

Great for a fast in and out and had a good selection of cards

The absolute slowest and most complicated drug store Ive ever been to. Ive been using them for almost two years because theres nothing else in Sapulpa. They take days to fill (even when they tell you it will be filled in hours), will lose your coupons on file, and are constantly so understaffed that you will easily spend at least half an hour waiting in line. I have monthly prescriptions and I dread having to come here every month.

Just left here. Had a great sale on cereal! However, the cashier did nothing to assist. I tried swiping my card and it kept beeping, instead of trying to assist, he asked if I had other means of paying. Just kept saying your magnet strip wore out. Um, it works everywhere else. The competitors have better customer service. And usually priced cheaper, but I usually enjoy the cashiers here. Not sure what his deal was.

Just came out of this Walgreens where I picked up a bottle of wine from the shelf and attempted to pay and they refused to sell it to me! I’m a senior citizen so I’m definitely old enough. Julie, the manager on duty claimed that vendors come into the store and put items on the shelves without them knowing and they didn’t know the price. What a crock of lies! Look it up on your inventory list, lazy! I don’t live in this little town but visit often. They have two Walgreens here so I’ll make sure I never come into this one again.

Clean and well stocked store. Pharmacy is quick and well staffed. Pharmacists are very knowledgeable and seem to care about their customers.

Dropped my prescription off at 10 a.m. on my way to a doctors appointment. Came back by at 2 p.m., waited 18 min in drive thru with my kids and it wasnt ready. When I asked why they said it was never put in the computer. She said she could have it ready by 4:30. I told her I live 30 min away and I wouldnt be back this way. She said that there was nothing she could do. I leave and call my husband on my way home. He said we could drive up there to pick it up. So I called and made sure it would be ready by 4:30. I was told oh yes! Absolutely! we called at 4:30 when we 2 miles away. They said he was working on it. So by the time we waited in the drive thru it was 4:43 and they said he was still working on it. We did not get it until 4:56. I was promised twice it would be ready by 4:30 after it should have been ready by 2 for my childs prescription. I will never be back

I just love this place and all the one on one help you get from them when you need something no matter how busy they are! 😁

Im not saying its the best place but you can buy stuff there.

Friendly place and always clean. Shelves are always stocked and well organized.Always a Great Place to get a last minute Gift on Christmas Eve. And the Pharmacy is always faster that Wally World.

Pull up to drop a prescription off, gripey attendant said it would not be filled until in the morning, i asked why, she said we close at 6p i said then you still have time, nope she refused. Will never go there again. Why do people have to be so lazy? It was 5 til 6!

I dont like this Wal-greens. Theyre slow,unfriendly they say your scrip is ready but when you go to pick it up they say it will he 15 mins or so theyre working on it. Smile. be nice. Friendly wouldnt hurt anyone.

The one Star ratings at this pharmacy I feel is for the other pharmacy 950 Taft DO NOT GO TO. 11 Taft USE EVERYTIME! 950 taft,that pharmacy is very incompetent, SLOW, and will mess ip a simple refill EVERY TIME. This pharmacy fixed and filled 3orders That the other Sapulpa Walgreens screwed up in matter of 2 minutes! This pharmacy is very quick and friendly and knows what they are doing.

The people are good but their computers drive me crazy and the insurance companies...errrrr! ! Its not their fault but they do their best to make it right.

This walgreens sucks there super slow every time I put in a prescription not only that they never answer there phones when I call to refill my prescription

They NEVER have my most important prescription in stock. Takes a week sometimes for it to become available. The Walgreens down the street will now get all my business.

The system wouldnt take my card and I just used it previously lady behind the counter needs to be retrained .so I went somewhere else it was fine .never going back ...
