Terrible experience. When there was about 30 mins left before the store closed the employee obnoxiously came over the intercom and gave a reminder every 5 minutes. A friend who is 68 years old was checking out she noticed she got the wrong light bulbs so she handed to me to go get the right ones and the cashier immediately started yelling at me literally yelling and mad telling me I could not go back to the aisle that was less than 10 feet away the other two ladies working or also extremely rude I get it was end of the day and they were ready to go home but the way my friend and I were treated was absolutely uncalled for I will be looking to further pursue as I need an apology for this and hopefully be able to help Dollar Tree better select there employees. Thank you

I needed art supplies at the last minute for my daughters school project to disguise a turkey. They had a great selection of glitter/glitter glue and wiggly eyes. They had what we needed to do her PreK project.

Good store but needs more staff. Last few times I have gone in there I have been in line of a minimum of 10 people with one line open.

They most all the time have what you go in looking for. Cant beat there price.

The service is great, I just applied last week but everytime I call or show up to check on my application they been saying there system is down so they cant hire anyone. When is that going to be fixed some of their employees even told me that they are really needing help and Im willing to do that kinda aggravated that their system is down

Well I spent 20mln got want needed.then spent 35min in line to cash out the line was all the way to the back of the store and 1/2 way back.one casher open.and 4 people working there only when people started leaving.they open up one more.i was1/2 way or I would have left

Aisles were cluttered, definitely not enough room to get a wheelchair through if needed. Disorganized: multiples of the same items in different places throughout the store, instead of being stocked with like items. I had to hunt for the three things I needed, and they didnt carry one of them.

I really like Dollar Tree but I’m disappointed when they get new shipments in and they leave the unopened boxes in the isles for days and weeks at a time. I was looking for something specific that might be in a box that was left in the isle. I asked when they would have it out on the shelves and was told “in a few days”. I waited three days and then called and asked if they had put them out yet and was told it would be another week. I asked if they had what I was looking for in one of the boxes and they told me they had no idea.

Well, whats there to say,,,,,, its Dollar Tree. This store is pretty efficient. You can find just about anything there.

My daughter loves this store. She is pleasantly surprised by the fact that its name brand stuff for a dollar. We shop there often when money is tight and things are really needed. Great place to shop!

Always have a great selection! We live in Tulsa but shop the Sapulpa store more.

My sisters and I went shopping together and there were probably 25 people in line. People were lined up across the store to the wall. After about 15 minutes in line, My sister asked an employee Shauna if they had another checker. She replied, Apparently Not. That we needed to be patient that it is Dollar Tree. I responded that people were lined up all the way across the store. And my sister said well you are losing customers they are leaving. She popped off well they can. My sister said well Im thinking about leaving. She told her go ahead you will be back. I told her we wont be. My sister asked for her name and she said here and stuck her name tag up and said I dont care. We all 3 walked out. There was never a sorry you guys but we are short handed. Just an expectation that wer should just wait as long as was necessary and feel lucky to be able to shop there.

Love Dollar Tree! It can be somewhat crowded at peak times like Saturday afternoon, but lots of variety and a friendly staff make it worth a visit. Great crafting supplies section, and its a favorite for the kids too.

Thus is the cleanest most organized store, i love coming to this one.

I always forget how much stuff they have at dollar tree until i go to dollar tree, and then all i can think is how can they afford to sell any of this at these prices?This one is a little small for a dollar tree but its still pretty surprising how much they have and how cheap it all is. Dollar Tree! Weird.

They got four stars instead of five for two reasons. First, stuff flies off the shelf faster than they can get it up. Second, they usually only have one person on the register, which means sometimes you have to wait a second.They got four stars instead of three because even though everyone in there works hard, ALL of them are nice as pie. Very helpful and kind.

Everything is a $1 or less as the name implies so you can get some really good deals on some items in the store. The store is never really clean but Im there looking at stuff that costs less than a $1 so I guess it is to be expected. Staff is generally helpful if you have questions but you can tell the morale in the store is fairly low for the employees.

Disorganized and crowded isles. Good prices on some things but not everything a bargain. There are a lot of items they carry that you can actually get a better brand and quality for less elsewhere. They count on you thinking its “just a dollar” but those dollars add up and as i stated sometimes not a bargain.

The store was in good condition stuff were very helpful. Some of the lower areas on the shelf were not in order, however looking at the way other customers let their kids run wild I can see why they are not in order.

We went in today and was in the same line customer Roberta Spanler was in and her version of events is completely accurate. The one checker was doing her best and did apologize to us when we finally reached her. I could not believe the attitude of whom I assume was a stocker Shauna. This woman should not be in retail period. I worked in retail for many years and sometimes you have to smile and pretend to be concerned. Not her.

The Sapulpa store is always clean and well organized. The staff are friendly and helpful. I cant walk in there without spending at least $40.

We shop at dollar tree alot... Usually every one is very friendly... Upon check out a clerk named Crystal (that was not checking us out... She was just visiting with another clerk) was very rude to my girls and thought it was her place to scold my kids when they picked up toy swords out of a box and pretended to sward fight gently... Not jumping around or hurting a thing... She was afraid they were going to break the dollar swords... ( they were not even being rough) Had they broke them, I would have of course paid... But I told her not to sweat the small stuff and that she was very rude... She got angry and told me I was rude... She was pretty hateful as was I... Because I dont take kindly to people trying to reprimand my Children...

Laura Cosby, the Dollar toy swords you referred to were already purchased by customers who were donating toys to the less fortunate. I did say that when I asked your girls to please place the paid for merchandise back into its box. It was a box waiting to be picked up by the military and thats why it was placed by the office, away from the public. I apologize that you were offended but broken toys cant be donated. This is a typical Dollar Tree. The physical condition of the store is below average for this chain. You wont be impressed with this location, but I have never had any negative experiences with mentioning. I dont love it, but I dont hate it.

I dont remember ever thinking an establishment had such poor customer service that i wont go back. i wont go back here!my sisters and i were on a day out and in no hurry...we are from bristow but ran to sapulpa for a larger selection for easter shopping. it took us well over 30 minutes to gather the things we needed and when we went to get in line we discovered that it was long...i would say maybe 2 and a half car lengths. we waited a few minutes thinking they would open another register and when no one did, customers started complaining to one another and since we were kind of out of view of the cashier my sister stepped up and asked her if they could open another register. we think the cashier said something about everyone else being busy but we couldnt hear exactly.we went back to waiting in line and when a customer very rudely cut in line in front of us, one of my sisters got frustrated and left. my other sister and i continued to wait in line and an employee walked up right by us that was stocking the shelves. at this point the line has doubled. the registers are on the left hand side of the store and the line goes all the way to the right hand side. i tried to be as polite as possible and said, do you not have any other cashiers? and she replied, apparently not she sounded aggravated so i went on trying to explain that i wasnt just asking for my benefit that they are losing sales at this point. i said, well customers are leaving her response was a very snippy. well they can. you just need to be patient. my sister said, are you kidding me?! look at the end of the line and pointed.. and the stocker just continued, well you have to be patient.. sometimes at shift change... i just looked at my sister and said, im thinking about leaving too (at this point i bet we had been in line at least 20 minutes) and the stocker kind of got loud and said, go ahead! my sister looked at me in shock and said, ill go with you! and the stocker said, go ahead... youll just come back my sister said, no. i wont come back here my sister even tried to tell the other people in the line who were so far back they didnt hear that she had basically told us, we could either be patient or leave. and i dont remember what she said, but she smarted off something else cause i walked back and said actually can i get your name, and she pulled her name tag up and stuck it ot toward me and said, go ahead...i dont care i just replied, well your manager will and left.we ended up having to go reshop somewhere else and pay more im sure and i had to do without my shelves but i will not stand there and let someone be so disrespectful to customers and then give them my money. she acted like we were priveledged to be able to shop there and we could like it or leave... so we left. so they lost sales from me, both my sisters and at least 2 other customers that left while we were there.i havent spoken to the manager, but if they do in fact only have one person at any time in that store that is able to run a register, that is poor management.oh and by the way, in case anyone is thinking this was like the saturday before easter or anything. . it wasnt. it was a wednesday afternoon i believe.

I waited on line for 25 minutes one cashier huge line. Very kind staff and fast but one cashier ? Come on now its 4 in the afternoon

This location is one of the cleanest and organized.

Stolen Valor. 11/11/16. The employees at this store dont care about people pretending to be service members. I encountered a man claiming to be an active reserve soldier. I asked him where he was stationed and his rank and he told me that he wasnt supposed to talk about it. Hes obviously wearing the wrong uniform and its obviously stolen valor. The cashier was threatening to kick me out of the store because I was being rude to him. After the video turned off she told me I should be greatful for him and she was going to call the police on me for harassing him. This was at the Dollar Tree on W Taft Ave in Sapulpa, OK

My new fix is trying to find healthy snacks at places like these. I also like to pick up a few cheep cards that way I can get everyone on my list.
