My husband and I were looking for new furniture for our den. After hitting all of the major furniture stores and being stalked like prey, Furniture Gallery was a breath of fresh air! At one of the high end stores I had a sales lady try to show me what I wanted (her version) not mine. Furniture Gallery had the best prices, customer service and selection.....period. Will not go anywhere else for any furniture needs.

Our first time there & was very impressed. We went to a couple other places, not impressed. Most all wont let you walk around without following & try to sell you very high priced items we werent even for. Went back to Furniture Gallery USA & made our purchases. Great store & great folks.😊

I really like the selection that this place has. The prices are fantastic, very reasonable. I was actually going in just to look at a few things to make my mind up on what I wanted for my living room. The salesperson knocked a couple of dollars off of what I was looking at. So I went ahead and purchased my couch. Now that Ive had it a couple of days I really like the color the comfortability of it. It fits in my room perfect. If youre into the rustic furniture they have a lot of it and it is super pricing. So cute I might have to take a bed home with me.

A great selection. Acknowledged when we came in tried out all the chairs until mom found a perfect one & didnt have to stumble over the sales guy. He seemed to be there when we had questions and needed to be. I like that. Hate to be hovered over. Bought the chair and she is happy as a clam.

Customer service is great, people are friendly, will to explain every detail so that you feel comfortable with what youre buying.

So happy with the help Tony gave us in finding a new mattress! If you are shopping for mattresses or furniture you really should talk to Tony! Their prices are great and the quality of what you get is excellent. In addition the two gentlemen who delivered were so awesome and very polite. They did a wonderful job getting our mattress delivered timely and were great getting it unloaded. Excellent shopping experience and wonderful customer service!!

I bought furniture from Tony 5 years ago..loved the store, loved the service, the the couch was pretty red with matching love seat..it held up great!!! Still have it. . Fixing to go back an a few weeks buy new furniture..I lost one of how favorite earrings in the store..didnt Even at the time where..a while past anniversary called the store sur enough Tony found it an saved it..just in case..after several months I still hadnt made it back to Sapulpa..I called him he gladly mailed me my extensive Montana silver Smith earring. the only place ill buy from now..Thanks Tony..see you soon

Called and ordered a couch over the phone.Delivered same day which was nice.Staff was helpful and friendly.However 3 days later I decided I dont like the couch.Got told basically you buy it,you own it.They do not have a return policy! Never heard of a furniture store with no return policy like this.....

We had a nice visit here. I have an older friend looking for just the right recliner and not everyone has been patient with her but Ashley was awesome. Ill be going back when I shop for furniture.

We purchased a reclining sofa and two recliners from Furniture Gallery this week. We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. The sales staff was extremely friendly and so helpful explaining how to choose the perfect pieces of furniture not only for looks but for our comfort. The delivery men were every bit as great, placing the furniture and moving it as I worked to arrange the pieces. Plus their prices put the other stores we had shopped to shame!

BBW I went in to buy a kitchen table and chairs, told the owner I needed something strong and lasting. I showed him the table just like the one I have. He said you don’t want that table it’s cheap I have one in the back I’m building that would be perfect. I said ok can I see it. No it’s still in the box but can show you a picture and if you don’t love it when it shows up I’ll take it back no problem. I told that I could not have anything big and square or with super high chairs. He showed me a picture in a book of what he had in the back, it looked like it might work. Once the table was delivered it was everything we told him we did not want, it was so big we could not even get through part of the kitchen. And the chairs are super high. My wife called back and told the owner this table is everything we told you we did not want. We would like to return it and pick a different table. He then said I’ll have to charge you a fee to return it. My wife said no you told us several times if we did not love the table you would take it back no problem. He then became very upset and Confrontational with my wife and started raising his voice with her then hung up on her. He called back 3 minutes later and said just come get a table but I can pick the old one up and deliver the new one for 2 days. Needless to say my wife wanted nothing to do with going back to the store. So I went back and picked out my table and chairs he was not so big and bad in person as he was over the phone with a women. I bought stuff here before for my job and the owners always been great when you buying stuff, but once you want to return something because he lied about what your getting he’s a whole different person very disappointed that this happened and will not be shopping here again.

We went in looking to buy and no one offered assistance. I think that was the theme of the day in these small furniture stores. And we were ghee for about 20 to 25 minutes.

Watch out for the fun house mirrors they sell on their dressers! You’ll get a mirror that reflects oblong, curved and distorted images. The showroom model mirrors and dressers look fine. However, if you buy a bedroom set, and you pay for deliverey, and you realize the mirror is defective, well that’s too bad! There is No Customer Service after the sell! Will not purchase from again! Bart will tell you they cant do anything about the mirror, its not broken! He should have warned us about the defective mirror!
