Ernie can be opinionated, But he has God in his heart. He stands strong in his beliefs, but does listen to others opinions. At times it seems like hes not listening, but he is. He and I had a difference of opinion and although he stood strong in his beliefs, he respected mine. Hes a very good man. God Bless

This is the best AC and Heating place in Green Country. Theyve fixed my AC units 2 times and were both on the same day that I called. Owner and employees are top notch and go the extra mile to get you back in business.Last July my AC quit on me. I called several places that basically laughed at me because of the time of the year and the amount of calls they were getting. The Cooler Company was able to come out 2 hours after I made the call and fixed the AC unit right up. This is the place to do business with. Theyre local and when you call most times the owner answers the phone. They will be doing all my regular maintenance from here on out.

This man cursed me out for trying to ask service related questions prior to having someone come out to look at my A/C. He continued to tell me he had people paying money to go an look at their equipment and could not waste his time with questions if I didnt want someone to come out. This is by far the worse customer service I have received ever via just a phone call.
