Arrived at 8:30 after leaving the hospital. One of the pharmacist said they could not fill my prescription because they would have to open the safe and it would take to long as they close at 9. Went across the street to Walgreens and they filled it and also said that the cvs pharmacist was lying and that it literally takes 5 minutes to open the safe, she just didnt want to because shes lazy.
I was on hold for thirty five minutes, I have a urinary tract infection. I am in pain. And when I say hello, the tech or pharm. Hangs up on me every time. Im done with them. I e been a loyal customer but there customer service and disloyalty is trash. Two thumbs down
I dont know whats changed in the last month. But the service is very slow.
No Wonder no one was in the parking Lot ? Word of this Businesses prices must have got around $12.42 for a small box of Alka-Seltzer cold night . thats double everywhere else . Look around elsewhere much better prices elsewhere hell anywhere just check it out ?
Fantastic pharmacist. Thank you!
I checked my call log to verify the following times - I got to the pharmacy 40 minutes after a CVS employee stated on the phone that the prescription would be ready in about 45 minutes, in other words I was 5 minutes early, and am then told we should have it ready by about 12:20 which means I either have to wait for 43 more minutes or make a second trip. What was even more irritating is that the clerk had nothing to say at all, if she had simply stated Im sorry for the delay, even though it may have been a meaningless or hollow remark, I wouldnt have posted this negative review but to waste someones time and make it clear that it means absolutely nothing to you is beyond rude.
It take forever for them to answer the phone keep you holding on for over 30 minutes before anybody pick up
When you walk in they always greet you. I normally go inside to the Pharmacy and the ladies are always nice. When you are walking out the lady upfront normally tell you to have a good day. I have not had any bad experiences with CVS with the one in Saraland and Grand Bay.
The pharmacist was very polite, professional and breathtakingly beautiful. I cant wait to get my prescriptions filled again .
Pharmacy staff is unprofessional--lacking common etiquette and manners, ordering Hold on on the phone, and when thanked, they give you mm-hm and hang up instead of youre welcome and returning APPRECIATION for you as a customer. I will seek to change with whom we do business.
Jennifer one of the managers was very rude, argumentative, not willing to help, and apparently didn’t care if she got my business. Called higher management. Hopefully something will be done to resolve. I definitely will not be back as long as she is there. Sadly I was a regular.
This is by far my favorite drugstore and this location is my favorite CVS location. The pharmacy team goes above and beyond for every customer. The store and pharmacy managers are friendly and professional.
We have been in this store 2 times in the past 5-6 months and both times the bathrooms were out of order. With sick little kids in tow a working bathroom is a must. The staff told us on both occasions that they have to go next door to use the bathrooms.
Good staff and good service.
Very neat...
I love shopping here!
Nobody answers the phone in pharmacy department. Hold 20 minutes and now another 12 minutes. Too busy to just answer or ask to call back. Terrible.
Rude cashier & wouldnt answer questions about passport photos or pricing wow, nice store & good digital photo system.
Clean and nice staff
Great store
