They were out of a lot of stuff, never used the marble slab to harden up the ice cream, so my milk shake was basically chocolate milk. Restrooms werent clean, the restaurant itself had trash everywhere, not my best visit there.

Always delicious and fresh. Employees are very nice and helpful. Restroom not so great.

Just walked in and ordered and looked up and realized the two employees weren’t wearing mask. Like Covid numbers aren’t steadily increasing. So if you aren’t bothered to wear them that means while you’re prepping food you aren’t either. That means you aren’t bothered if customers come in with no masks. You’re sticking your hand in the bag to open it for cookies with no gloves on. What other sanitary steps are you skipping. No thanks. Not in these times...not ever.

Does not pay employees on time nor do they split the tips equally. Too many children managers that dont know what they are doing. No managers over the age of 19. Promise lots of hours and lucky if you get 20. A joke.

Should have cookie cakes available to buy anytime.

I absolutely love the strawberry white choc cookies! AND its also a Marble Slab sonu can make I ce cream cookies to bring home and freeze OOOH YEAH
