Hey guys, I use to work on CAT equipment, I was here all the time until my accident. Most knowledgeable staff and always willing to go the extra mile to get you want you need and up and running. I love CAT equipment and hopefully the right person at CAT will be willing to sponsor me in my skydiving career. Hint hint

10/02/19 These people are good, and will take care of you if you let them... I will say the parts counter could be a bit friendlier, but that doesnt mean they wont get you the parts!

I do not recommend the Parts Department at the Sarasota Location. Due to the unfriendly parts department staff member. The Service Department is very good in my dealings with the Sarasota location.

Jason in service department very helpful, great guy. Got me diagnosed and repaired quickly saving me a weekend of down time. Will definitely pass on to other drivers . Double thumbs up!

Normally great service normally. Gave only 4 stars because they told me they would have my part next day at 8am went there (30min drive) and told me it wouldnt be till tomorrow. Means Im an hour in the hole and without my machine for a day more.

Had a billing issue, Ro and Rich jumped right on it to make it right. Couldnt be happier. Customer service is alive at Ring Power Sarasota!

ZERO STARS. A bunch of Thieves! TAKE YOUR EQUIPMENT ELSEWHERE! My husband has wasted thousands of dollars due to these idiots continuously misdiagnosing his skid steer. Not to mention hes missed weeks of work due to the mechanics not being able to accurately figure out the problem. Not only have they misdiagnosed the problem TWICE, they tried to charge him 20,000 dollars to fix it! Then they tried to buy his machine for half of what its worth, only to find out the problem wasnt even the machine...it was the attachment! The CAT corporation should be ashamed of this location! Its pretty bad when even CAT employees advise you to take your machine somewhere else!

It’s sad because I want so bad for this place to be great. But it’s not...The mechanics here throw darts. They have no idea how to diagnose a problem and their go to plan is to start swapping parts out in hopes of fixing a problem. It’s a shame that a CAT dealer can’t get its act together on the service side of the business.

Spent over 12k and month in their shop, have brought it back 4 times and now check engine light is on. Gave the codes to Jay and you would think after 2 or 3 weeks I could get a return phone call, an email or even a text message. Unless your truck is in their shop you dont matter, regardless of what you have spent. Dont recommend and will never return. Gonna go as far as emailing a corporate office and maybe get someone who cares about their customers

Truck service is awesome

Never buy a caterpillar. Caterpillar does not stock a $2 gasket so they can sell a $600 pump.
