It was horrible. Was looking at a camper for sale was told it was in excellent condition and needed just a bit of work cleaning the stove. When I walked in there was beer bottles everywhere. It smelled like a meth lab and was completely destroyed. So obviously they have no clue what excellent means.

Waited hours for someone to respond to me just for the company’s address. When you arrive you think you’re at Sanford and Sons junk yard. No one is anywhere in sight. The vehicle is not at all in the condition they advertise. This garage kept hardly driven jeep has more patches, rust covering paint and bondo then a 1950 dump truck with a million miles on it. Do waste your time going there unless your looking for old broken jet skis or the scrap metal they call used cars.

Dont go to this company my vehicle got totaled with no fault of mine this company got all of the money from my insurance company and the at-fault drivers insurance company and then took that money and listed my vehicle as a repo which means my credit is shot and now I cant get a vehicle from anywhere else. The insurance company warned me what Target Auto Brokers was trying to do but they still managed to do it. I wonder if this company is part of the Better Business Bureau, cant tell on their website. Horrible service and broken down cars. Tried to lowball me. Wouldnt sell me the car I actually wanted. The salesman wanted to smoke in the car during the test drive. Car looked good, but after inspection and drive had a lot wrong with it. Cars w/flat tires, cracked windows, & missing parts. Just junk. Junk service too. Dont waste your time! This would be a 0/10! Thank God another place was right across the street!

Beware!!!! If I could I would give them a negative five star rating . After looking at one of their RV and leaving a $1,500 deposit only after saying I was approved in-house financing. Came back a week later to pick up the RV and told I wasnt. Gave them $200 cash and a $1,300 check. When asked for my check and cash they could no longer find my $1,300 check and wrote me a check for $200. Bad business ethics. Every time I was there they were finding ways to cheat every customer bye rigging any and all of their vehicles to run just long enough to get off their lot. Careful fraud

I went up Monday to look at a Ford Ranger. They told me it would be in the next day. I went the next day still wasnt there. The lady said it would be there today Friday. Well I called to go buy it and was informed it had sold!! They had my number and was supposed to call me. What a joke this dealership is. Elizabeth knew I wanted it and would call me the minute it was there. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

My impression of this dealership is that they are disorganized and unprofessional. I now regret looking past their overwhelmingly negative reviews. I responded to an ad they had and was told to wait before making the 1.25 hour trip down there so that the mechanic can install a battery in the vehicle. They made an appointment with me for the following day, which they ended up canceling due to rain. I decided to move on with my vehicle search, but Sandy called my phone asking me to come see the vehicle. I asked if it was still there and she said it was. I contacted my salesperson, Jason, to let him know i was making the one hour and fifteen minute drive there, and he confirmed. I showed up with cash in hand to buy the vehicle and discovered that the batteries were never installed like they said. Even worse, Jason informed me that the vehicle was sold. I asked him why they would go out of their way to call me and ask me to drive 1.25 hours each way to buy a vehicle that someone else had already bought, and he didnt have much to say. This kind of experience seems to be a common complaint in there reviews. Take your business to somewhere else that will respect your time and is more honest

They financed it even though it was my first car and I had absolutely no credit. Robin was my sales lady and she could not have been nicer. She made it so easy. By far the worst experience I’ve had with any dealership or person selling a car ever. Whoever I talked to online lied to me completely about the condition of the vehicle to get me to the dealership. I drove an hour to come see the truck and when I got there the thing didn’t even have a battery in it yet I was told I’d be fine to drive it home today and it was mechanically sound. The guy I talked to there was apparently one of the owners who seemed like he was a few cards short of a deck didn’t seem to care I drive an hour to come see the truck after letting him know that one of his salespeople blatantly lied to me to get me in there. I highly recommend never ever buying anything from these guys. This is the type of dealership that makes car salespeople look bad. Insanely unprofessional and unethical. I don’t know how they can afford to stay in business with the type of dummies I’ve experienced working there. I guess the people that buy cars from them probably don’t have an option but to buy from them, which makes me sad because there should be a better alternative for those in need. Never buy here if you value your money.

I was in the market for a Ford Transit Van for my business. I saw one for about $5,000 less than any other one on line. I checked it out and they said it had a rebuilt title..i was a bit concerned but they showed me the before picture, it really wasnt that big of a repair. Ive driven the van all over Florida in the last 3 months and not one problem. It was definitely the right choice to buy. I saved $5,000 on a perfect van. I would but it again, in fact my buddy is looking for one like it!.

The picture on Craigslist they posted of the VW Beetle didnt match. The door windows were gone and the inside a hot mess. Most of the vehicles looked as if they had fender bender not reported. The salesman, although maybe not intentionally, made me feel like my honor childs quest for her dream car and graduation gift was not as important as his million and Dillion dollar deals in Dubai and China before Covid-19. I was thoroughly unhappy with this visit.

Had a great experience with the sales staff when I was ready to purchase a new car. They spent a lot of time showing different vehicles until I got the one that met my needs and price range. When I worked with the finance department it was efficient and the payment I wanted.

First of all they charged me 100$ for not buying a car with them after we sat there all day because they couldn’t get a full battery to start the vehical then when we took the car for a test drive we had to stop literally maybe 100 feet up the road at the gas station to get gas and the battery died we had to wait for an hour for them to bring a battery and then they didn’t even have a key to gas cap and had to break it open!! These people are such scum bags and take full advantage of every person that comes near there facility they say they don’t do a credit check but then ask u to fill out a credit check paper and another paper that ask all types of questions that don’t pertain to anything !!!! It’s sad that they got me for 100$ but I’m glad they did because I am doing everything in my power to make anyone aware to not use them and I’ve already talked with authorities who have informed me that there is already an active investigation open on them!!!! So that alone should tell u not to deal with them

My personal experience with this company has been nothing but great! When you are in a position and need a vehicle they worked with me to get me what I needed. Most importantly, they corrected an over site on both of our parts. They reported to the credit bureau to enable me to get my new truck. They do not intentionally sell vehicles that are going to breakdown. Do your research, they specialize in vehicles with rebuilt titles. If you dont know vehicles, bring somebody who does. Yes, you are paying to be able to purchase, but that was our own fault. They are giving you a chance to improve your credit. Thank you Target Auto for being there when I needed you.

My credit is not good and I had limited funds but they were able to get me into my 2005 Lexus and I love my car. They were all real nice and professional and they have some hot guys working up in there too. I recommend them for your next car purchase.

Traveled 2.5 hours to buy a car posted on line and the car was suddenly nonexistent. When I got there, they tried to sell me something else for a ridiculous price. Nothing but sheisters!

I just drove up there looking to buy another car, I was literally instructed to go else where, the salesman was very nasty and rude and so was the lady that acted like she ran everything. All the cars up here are auction cars with problems,. flat tires burnt transmissions, They are literally robbing people I dont know how they are able to stay open, Just a bunch of cons

A person keeps calling from this place saying they are from Target looking to find person X for a job interview. I asked if this is the Target department store and they said yes. After finishing the call I looked up the number and found it was this place NOT the Target department store. Reported them to the actual Target department store chain for pretending to be them.

It’s next to near impossible to make payments on the vehicle you buy, I usually have to call 10+ times just to get a person to transfer me to finance. Very unprofessional on how difficult they make it in order for me to make a payment...this needs to be fixed.

I got a great truck from this dealership but they sell more overpriced vehicles. You can get a good car but you to check them out cause they may have problems that they dont tell you about.

They are bumping there rating by having employees write reviews lol this place is a hell hole. I bought a 1998 s10 from them with the price on the window at $2999.00 but some how it turned into 8000. within the week it was having overheating issues. When I called the office I was told to bring it in the next day. No one was there. So I headed home and the issue disappeared for a couple months. Then one day it started happening again. When I took it in this time they looked it over and told me it was a freeze plug. They said they would need to take it to there shop to fix it. When I asked about getting into something else to get back and forth to work they said the best they could do was take 100 off the macanic bill. These people are rip offs that are only out for your money!

Windows were filthy the place smelled like cats the sales people were arguing with the owner. When I arrived all five Associates were sitting outside smoking cigarettes staring at their phones it took them a good minute to even look at me.

Worse experience ever

My husband and I needed a car. The car we shared broke down, the mechanic we took it to said it needed a head gasket. It was going to be more to fix it than we wanted to put in it. We went to TARGET AUTO BROKERS and bought a Toyota 4 Runner, they gave us $800.00 for our trade, which we thought was more than fair. they treated us very nice and respectful, Also helped with financing, Mrs. Norma really worked with the numbers to keep our payments affordable, came with a limited warranty, which is a lot more than most other buy here pay here car lots will do... I would recommend Target Auto Brokers to anyone in need of a decent reliable used car. Thanks To Target and Their Team ...... love my 4 runner

Very rude. Didnt care about helping us find a car. Said online that car we were interested in had A/C, but when we got there, said it has A/C but its not functional.Gave him our price range and only cared to show us cars that were 8x as expensive as we wanted to spend.Couldve not found a car and been happy with experience, but the demeanor of the man helping us made it terrible.

I would go back to this dealership to get another car. They helped me out and the staff is very helpful and very pleasant. I have very low monthly payments and I didnt need good credit also I didnt have to have much money to put down. Love this place. I will definately return if I need to get another car.

I came here and the car would not start and I told him I am not looking for a project truck and he said it was not and then I pointed out all tires do not match and then the tread was nearly gone and then I just walked out of there. He must have been smoking something cause he wanted 9200 for it.

The exterior is a little rough looking but my salesman Matt was super helpful and knowledgeable and they got me into a van that really fit my budget. As can be expected with any used car there were a few minor issues but Target has been super helpful with repairs and just extremely easy to work with. I trust this car to drive back and forth to Gulf Gate every day, which says a lot! As an expectant mother having a reliable car is extremely important and at no point did I feel like they were trying to bamboozle me, everything was upfront and in the open, the way buying anything should be. Also the finance manager, a lady, was very friendly and helped explain everything I didnt understand. All in all I felt very well taken care of, something you just dont normally feel when trying to purchase a car!!! I will definitely be working with them for any and all future car purchases!

They sold us a truck a month ago that the mechanic hadnt even looked at yet and we had problems with the truck before we left the lot, they said it was cause it needed gas come to find out theres problems with the Cadillac converter, vacuum seal problems, anti-theft problems, and transmission problems. Even the mechanic that works there said all the cars there are junk and the owner is so much of hoarder he just keeps buying more and more junk cars.

Hated it because a bunch of liers they take your money and never report to credit people and if they do they say you never make payment but bank account says different

I have 2 young adult children and went to Target Auto Brokers to find a deal on multiple cars. When I got there everyone was really pleasant and helpful. I was looking for 2 cars. I let the car salesman know and told him they were for my 2 daughters first cars. They treated me just like family. The owner was cooking and told me to eat some I was there for a while so I did and WOW he is such a good cook. I loved the way they handled everything I ended up getting a car as well. So I left with 3 cars and with the low down pymt. and affordable monthly pymts. I was so happy. I will definitely let everyone I know who is looking for a car to come here. The staff is so nice. They treat you like family.

Not all the cars are to be trusted but they are they got me in a car when everybody else said no and to be honest it really turned everything around for me the car is still in great running condition and there is a few cars that arent worth it but which buy here pay here has cars with no issues just got to look around before you buy these place is alright they are a shop and dealership and thats why they are always kinda messy but they will work with their pips

I had purchased two cars from here a a few years ago, and within 2 months, both of the cars have literally caught on fire and burned to the ground. One was in my driveway and the other one was at a mechanics shop getting some other issues fixed with it, ended up blowing all of my tax return money on those cars, i would of been better off buying a 500$ craigslist car

If you buy a car from here it would be the worst mistake of your life. Every car has gps in it which they dont tell you about every car is a rebuild and they want to charge you full price for the car and dont tell you its a rebuild till after your signing paper work. They dont follow through with there promises. They kitchen in the back has roaches everywhere. Gross.there very selective on who they give there cars to because of major profiling. New sales people every time you go there tells you about how they treat there employees. Worst of all Patricia is very rude,nasty,pushy. Many people try to avoid her at all cost. Mechanics are a joke. Women who runs the department dosent no her head from her rear. But will swear she can rebuild a car from head to to. I wouldnt recommend anyone ever buy a car from here

I am writing this review, to further prevent anyone from getting SCAMMED & taken of advantage of by these CROOKS, My husband & I were tight on money after my car got totalled, so we looked around, & ended up at Target. Before we bought the car, the men were somewhat helpful not really taking the time to show me a car, just saying this one, ok well then how about this one, One of the workers who had supposedly been there for years tried to sell us his bosses car ( of course the only one that was nice all around), they were already coming off uneducated. Basically we kept getting switched between workers, when asked to speak to the manager somehow he was not available. The ladies were rude, the place was disgusting, & when I finally picked out my car, the real nightmare actually began. We had to sign all this paperwork like we owned it, & I was already iffy about the HIGH price. I was told I could pick my car up tomorrow after they fixed all the little problems & changed the tires. I didnt see my car for a week, they were just sitting on our hard earned money. When I got it, we took the kids to the bakery down the street. It caught on fire while we were inside, so had to take it right back. also the tires they put on looked worse than the last ones. We dealt with so many problems & it took weeks to finally be able to see the manager (very unorganized) He made us a deal everything would be fixed, because he was not interested in giving our money back. It wasnt, In a nutshell this place does not care about what happens after they get their money. The cars are not worth wasting all that money, go soemwhere where you will be appreciated. I write this so you can see these reviews to prevent you from making the same mistake.

Horrible service. They lie to get you to buy a car. My boyfriend bought a Kia Sportage from them. We hadnt had it a week and the fuel pump went out. We replaced it and ended up having to be towed back to the lot. They said we put in the wrong pump. It started throwing error codes 13 to be exact. We changed several senors. The trottle body went out. The vehicle got to the point very quickly it was not safe on the road. I called them and told them to come and get it. Yesterday, we found out after going to purchase a new car they put on my boyfriends credit report as a repo when they are a buy here, pay here and I am the one that told them to come and get the hunk of junk. Who in there right mind is going to keep a vehicle that is going to cost more to fix than the pay off is? DO NOT trust a word that comes out of their mouths they just want your money.

When i bought my1999 ram truck it had to get the tie rod ends replaced but target had no problem replacing them for me and at barley any cost i love my truck it runs great iv never had any issues with it i have reasonable payments and they treat me like im family . i recomend this place to anyone

This place is a big joke. They fix everything half butt. They get the car fixed just enough that it runs and leave the cutsomer to pay for all the break downs. They talk a great game but with all the drug addicts working there, theres cops there all the time. Never ever go here i promise you will regret it.

New to Florida my husband and I went to this dealer and financed a 1995 Nissan Maxima. They charged us almost 7,000.00 dollars for this car!!!! Really???? its a 95. We had to give our 1998 Isuzu Amigos title as collateral to be approved. Paid $350per month for this car. When we noticed the amount we would pay in total we tried to back out but they threatened to reposes our 98 Amigo (title given to them as collateral). I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. We had to pay for repairs the dealer made to the car making the total paid to them was almost 8,000!! Outrageous!! For the money we paid them we could have gotten a newer car. Dont Do It!
