Don’t even want to give them a 1 star. I ordered some RV steps from them. The packaging was horrible. None of the hardware came in. I have left 3 messages now 3 times. I emailed them directly. They finally responded a week later and fighting with me to send the hardware that is suppose to come with the steps. I ordered them for stability and they sent steps without legs or any hardware. We have to use blocks and use tie down straps for travel. So upset and they have the worst customer service. How hard is it to just send hardware?

Fast Eddies is a scam, ordered bed cover and has not arrived. Fedex never recieved the shipment, and now they will not refund my money.They are a SCAM BUISNESS.

Was grossly over charged for an item. Once I realized theyd ripped me off I attempted to return the unused item but was told they do not provide return shipping labels and they dont pay for buyers remorse. So clearly this is a one and done situation. Theyll never get any business from me again. Very unprofessional.

I ordered a Tonneau cover for my truck bed…sent me the cover with no hardware or clamps to install it…smh I wish I would’ve seen these reviews before I gave this company my money…haven’t heard back from anyone yet. Can’t get anyone on the phone!!! So frustrating and disappointing when you try to support local business and they give you poor customer service. Ive never heard of this company so I did some research and they got solid reviews so I took a chance. Im so glad O did! I got a great deal on a set of wheels and they were in mint condition. Also super fast delivery, at my door in 3 days!

I was informed by vendor that originally only one was shipped from FastEddies. The original delivery came within a couple of days. I now have been waiting two weeks for a response from vendor or FastEddies after a week of attempted phone calls and emails. Can’t complete this stage of my project because I have not received what I ordered and paid for. Might not make that car show. Very disappointed!!

Ordered a black Chevy grille emblem for my truck. The description was incorrect and said it would work for my model and year of truck. It did not fit, so I got ahold of them and sent it in to return the one that did not fit for the proper one. They made me pay in full for the new one, and pay to send the old one back. Then they told me that I never shipped back soon enough so they will not issue a refund. The only people giving 5 stars are people that work there. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM. GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Run a business on Amazon.ca with Canadian call centre. Use pictures of full lift kits as click bait to sell 4 lift springs. Details have recently been added deep in description. Was not the case when I bought. Pure snakes. Do not deal with if you are in Canada. They only have a call centre here that leads to a voicemail that leads to nothing.12 July Update: A token response is what I expected and exactly what I got. Oh wait, nope.....crickets. Please save the buyer beware and read the description statements. Answer one question. When is the last time someone went on Amazon, or anywhere for that matter to buy half of a lift kit? Scam do not buy from them. I have a shop and bought 7 different items from shop eddies. Not 1 part came that I ordered. I threatened walmart with a lawsuit only then did I eventually get my money back. I enclosed how your company trying to rip off people currently.

I ordered​ a part for our RV refrigerator but unfortunately, it wasnt the correct part. ShopEddies promptly sent the info to return it. I received my refund quickly too! I definitely recommend ShopEddies!

Poor customer service, less than products and no communication. I ordered the exact auto battery that the website informs will fit my vehicle. I returned the day I received and Shop Eddies did not refund my total amount after incorrect battery was returned to Compton.

Ordered a head scarf or head band for my wife who was looking to replace one for a friend. The one she was attempting to replace was made of cloth, the one from Eddies appeared to be made form either nylon or rayon, not as well made as the cloth one it was used to replace. Product was nicely made, cost was outstanding, but again the product was made from the material my wife was attempting to find.

Did not recieved my order or refund. Emailed them and they keep sending me the exact reply every time It shows it was delivered. I wouldnt recommend this company.

I order a trolling motor from them and when I got it the product was different from the picture it showed online. I simply wanted to return the item as it was incorrectly shown and not what I was looking for. I had to go through Amazon A-Z to get a response from them and they are making me pay to ship it back as well as charging a 15% restocking fee...thats $225 on my item. I will never use shop eddies again, awful company in my opinion.

Ordered brake shoes and they shipped a fuel regulator that does not even fit my truck.When I called them to get the right part they told me it was not their mistake...but is was their mistake because I had ordered the brake shoes by a part number that was not even close to the part number that they sent me. When shopeddies finally got back to me they said they would try to give me credit if I paid for shipping to get the part back to them.

BEWARE. Wrong part ordered through Walmart. No phone calls, email takes at least 24 hours generally. They make you find your own shipper to return products. Competitors ship you a label to the shipper they have an account with, (so you get their discounted rate), then deduct that reduced amount from the refund. The return address was in CA, not FL, which shows this is just a re-seller acting as a middle man. Walmart should drop this business. Do not use ShopEddies

My fiance ordered a stack for his truck off Amazon through them. It was 90% off of what it normally is priced. Our bank account was charged the amount then the order was canceled after it had already started the shipping process. Tried calling numerous times with no calls back and UPS was unable to help as the sender told them to return package. Horrible rating!

Horrible customer service. I ordered from Walmart online, received 1/4 my order, impossible to reach by phone or email. This is not a company this is a man in his basement playing middle man I guess. Im going to send the item back and void the sale on my credit card because that is the only option I have. Also when I received the package it was opened and bouncing around loose in the box with no packing material. Walmart should cut loose this distributor because I blame them for doing business with them.
