Paradise Grills staff were awesome from the choosing of the outside kitchen and bar through the installation. They answered all questions and followed up immediately. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process and product.

I was planning to build outdoor kitchen for a while and spend a lots of time looking for the right grill. I talked to many different vendors and I was not impressed with any of them and their knowledge of their product. I’d like to take the time to review my experience at paradise grills. Upon walking into the store, I was greeted with a smile and a Hello. I was told that if I needed any assistance that they would be more than happy to help. Point being, I wasn’t jumped on but I was noticed. I spoke with Ryan and he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I must say the store looked impeccable. Beautiful merchandise and I highly recommend visiting this location.

Horrible customer service at the store and from the factory. Our unit was delivered the end of March and a corner of it was damaged as well the trash can missing. I immediately called the store and was told to call the factory. I was told I would get a call back which I did not. I called the factory a few more times and finally got in touch with someone the beginning of June. She promised to have the trash can sent to me and that someone would call me about the damage. July came and still no trash can and no phone call. I emailed the person I spoke to in June and promised they would bring it up at their meeting two days later. Again, no word. I’ve continued to email this person to no avail. I’m very unhappy with my $10,000 damaged grill! They get you to buy but there’s no customer service after that point.

I needed to replace the built-in and was ready to just get one from Home Depot or Lowes. But drove by Paradise Grills in Sarasota and was very happy I did. I was dreaming the process of taking out the old grill, assembling the new grill, and then finding a place to haul the old grill to.That is where Anthony and Paradise Grills came to the rescue. Not only are their.grills far higher in quality, but Anthony also assembled, delivered, and installed the grill and hauled my old one away.So if you need a grill, go see Anthony at Paradise Grills.

We visited the Paradise Grill showroom in Sarasota recently and we were very impressed and excited to see their new line of very contemporary outdoor kitchens. They have a great deal more style and than anything else that we have seen at several other outdoor kitchen showrooms in the area. Lily the manager was very helpful in explaining all of the different setups available but there was no pressure to buy. Lily was very friendly an knowledgeable! Ryan the general manager was also very friendly and more than helpful at answering all of our questions and concerns about installation and warranty etc. If you are in the market to purchase a new outdoor kitchen or complete outdoor Tiki Bar, do not make a decision until you check out Paradise Grill in Sarasota.

After a few months of online and you tube searches we decided on Paradise Grills. Dealing with Lily at the Sarasota showroom was an absolute joy!!! Lily was very knowledgeable on all units and packages. It was an easy decision after Lily explain the warranty on their units. Definitely worth the trip.UPDATE %/2021 Had to call service for a few damaged parts on units damaged during delivery. Just want to thank Lily for her care to see this service call the whole way through!!!! Not only did she file the damage to the service department but she also checked in weekly to comfort us through this process. Lily went above and beyond to stand behind Paradise Grills and their products. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an outdoor kitchen and bar.

I bought an island grill and it was delivered in a timely fashion. That’s the only positive thing I have to say. A few days after it was delivered my husband noticed that it was not leveled. The grill was set on pavers and this caused the small legs that level it to bend. I called customer service and was told I needed to fix it myself. When I complained that this had just been delivered and I needed help they had me speak to a manager who asked me to send pictures of what I was talking about. A week later I have yet to hear from that manager or from customer service. So I have a $9k grill that I can’t use. I also placed a call to the person who sold me the grill and left a voicemail and again no call. So these people are selling you a product, but once you have a problem they ignore you. Beware where you spend your hard earned money!

My husband and I found the sales staff to be personable, informative and accommodating. Our salesman, Anthony, even came out to our home to measure the space to make sure we purchased the correct size grill. Their product fits our needs to a T. We are looking forward to grilling and entertaining in the near future!!

I had to revise my initial review, originally when purchasing our new bar and grill the sales person Anthony was great. After the deal was done and things were delivered damaged or missing - Anthony continuously sent me to customer service - his demeanor completely changed after the sale was done. Basically it was spend 20k plus and after signed on the dotted line - see ya!!! Would I recommend them - absolutely not!!!

I bought a GX-8 island with professional grill, double side burner, fridge... and a St. Thomas 7 island bar with stereo... from Lily at the Sarasota store. The manager and the rest of the staff there was very helpful and professional. Lily was awesome, she went out of her way to get the many bits of information I needed to make an informed decision and then when the time came to purchase the items she made it easy. I would work with Lily again.

Visiting a friend from out of town, and noticed the store. We decided to stop in to check it out and met Eric. He was very personable and answered all of my questions about their beautiful new product. He was not pushy at all and understood we weren’t ready to buy. He did offer line drawings that I could use to measure our space for when we are ready. He also sent me photos in case I needed them to reference later. Even though the Orlando store is closer to us, I’ll definitely be placing our order with Eric for his outstanding, and simply wonderful service!

Bought a GSL-32 Pro Grill & Stainless cart this week, this is a great grill and reasonably priced for a true made in America product.I bought from Anthony, he was super helpful, assembled most of the unit for me before I came to pick it up. The Sarasota store team is great.

I went into Paradise Grills not knowing what to expect. Their inventory was fantastic! Beautiful grill concepts that I never anticipated. This is our second outdoor kitchen from Paradise Grill. We bought our first one 8 years ago and have truly enjoyed it. We are relocating and buying a new home and leaving the previous kitchen for the new owners. We stopped into the Sarasota showroom. Anthony was great at helping us pick out a new one. The whole process went smoothly. We can’t wait to move into our new home and enjoy our new kitchen.

Do not buy from Paradise Grills, our Gill was delivered on February 25th and they forgot to bring the double burner. promised that it would be delivered within the week. Well after multiple phone calls multiple promises that we were scheduled for the next delivery and no one showing up to deliver or install the burners, we had to drive to Paradise Grill‘s ourselves to get a burner. Get home to install it and it doesn’t fit. Can anyone at Paradise Grills actually help us and not give us a runaround???

You cant build this for less $Its been a few moths and this is used every weekend the sun is out.Beyond this price point is the realm of custom outdoor kitchens and all that goes along with that.Totally worth it, turns the pool area into the best and most used living space in/out the house. Neighborhood get togethers no problem this grill can feed the masses.Small Notes:a. New thatch top will leave stains on pavers after first rainfall.b. Expect the $50 stereo to stop working - Easy cheap upgrade.c. Seal the counter tops as soon as its installed - High shine sealer looks awesome. The installer will tell you the same.d. This aint your dads, neighbors or any typical grill - this is at an insane level of backyard BTU. keep a backup tank ready.e. Plan for electrical plumbing far in advance.

I would not recommend Paradise Grills. Their customer service for scheduling and delivery services SUCKS. No communication, no returned calls, delivered the wrong product to the wrong address and still haven’t notified me when they are going to correct the situation. The only persons that have been helpful are Lily and Eric. However once the get their money this company DOESN’T CARE.

My outdoor kitchen was delivered last week and I am so happy! It looks fantastic! We cooked on the grill for the first time last night and enjoyed the LED lights around the grill and bar. I had other outdoor kitchens quoted at twice the price. I am thrilled at the quality and price from Paradise Grills. Jason was super helpful and patient with all my questions.

I’ve never seen a company with such ambition and growth. The employees are amazing I’ve never seen such knowledge toward one product. I highly recommend coming here if you’re in need for a grilling system or whatever they have to offer. Best place ever.

Worst customer service in the world. They have a great concept but are unable to execute . Deposit in May, delivery on Sept. 1. Unit still not complete dispute 20 phone calls and 3 repair visits. Repair visit number 2 was for 2 PM to 6 PM, the guy arrived after 7 PM, spoke little English and my sink is still loose. Dual chrome draws still missing, Despit putting half $ down in May, but did provided a used and damage one. Guys came out today, but did not have the correct items to do the repair, despite telling customer service the exact issue. I would not recommend them at all at any price. Based on what I have seen and been part of over the last month. I predict they will not be in business too long. Update a month later, nothing is resolved.

Go see Anthony. Very knowledgeable. The showroom looks great. Before you spend 15 grand on an outdoor kitchen give Paradise Grills a shot.

Wow! What a great experience. We came in just looking for ideas and we left with a brand new summer kitchen. I blame that on jason! :). He’s really helpful, friendly and fun. The craftsmanship and quality is excellent with good prices. They really just want to make sure that you get exactly what you want so they’ll customize it if need be. Something about this company makes it the best I’ve ever been to. A soon as I walked in I was greeted kindly and shown what they had to offer. They store is well organized and clean. The employees know everything about their product and they made it themselves.I really recommend this place to all!

I gave Paradise Grills a 5 star rating when we ordered our grill. Lily was the best and continues to be the only person in this company that has followed through with us to this day. We were told told it would take 90 days for grill to be completed and delivered. Mid January I had to call Lily and get delivery services #. They never returned not one of my calls. I had to keep calling back to get a person. Finally got a delivery date of January 27th. Got a call a 9am on January 27th to state they wouldn’t be able to deliver on January 28 which was not the date I was given. Rescheduled for February 3rd. Received confirmation email delivery would be between 930 -130. At 2 pm. I called and was told they would be there by 530 pm. Truck delivery guys were given wrong address. We ordered countertop with sink and a trash can. We got countertop with no sink and two drawers. At this point warehouse is closed so Alexis and Mije have no idea if my countertop is in warehouse and if not I will have to “wait” for one to be custom made. Hopefully I can get it next week they said. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

This is by far the best place for your outdoor kitchen! It was so easy, they walked me through every step of the process. Jason was able to find me a unit that fit my space for just the right price. Lets just say the quotes I got from other companies were almost double if not more than what paradise was asking for. Thanks again Jason!

If I could give them zero stars I would have. This by far has been the worst business to deal with. They delivered our unit in the beginning of September. The unit was poorly made, i.e. tiles were crooked, missing tile pieces, gaps between grill and unit, caulk between tiles missing. One month later I am still waiting for them to come out and either fix the unit or give me a new one. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to reach personnel, dates are made to come out and repair the faulty unit and then no one shows up. Its been over a month now and the issues with the unit have still not been repaired!!! Poor service and faulty product. Think twice before you buy here.
