I bought a pool table some months ago for my house in Long Island. I didn’t know them before, I found the brand and the company online, so I was not sure about the quality. But when the table arrived in my house and the technicians installed it in my basement, I realized that the quality was perfect. I never seen before a so beautiful finish on a pool table. I chosen a modern and very simple table, but I had the possibility to choose between so many colors and finishes of the wood and cloth. But the absolutely fantastic option is that to turn it in a dining table with a top in wood. Very very beautiful, but not only. It’s a pleasure to play on it. It’s a very professional pool table, with an Italian slate in 3 pieces. Very happy!! Thank you guys for your beautiful work!!!

I ordered a pool table from Us8 Billiards and I was able to customize the order to my style and my taste. I got the Cabochon style from MBM billiardi. Sarah was very accommodating and worked with me on every detail down to the finish. I am so glad I had them come and install it for me. I suggest you have them install it for you since they have very sophisticated and you dont want to mess it up. I love my new pool table! All my friends have been asking me where I got it from. After patiently waiting and sporadically communicating with this merchant a review is overdue.I purchased an 8 foot Quattro table in December 2017 which was delivered damaged with missing parts.A claim has supposedly been filed with the freight insurance company. I have not been informed about the outcome of this claim.Customer service is nonexistent... 8 months of false promises, lies and total frustration.I would avoid this company at all costs. Choose a reputable company and save yourself the headache.- the absurd reply to this review is what I have been hearing the last 8 months . The freight company refuses to corroborate the merchant’s claim concerning litigation.-update: no resolution. Absent customer service, run around.-suspect five star reviews’ authenticity

Absolutely ripped me off. Beware of this company. They ripped me and my client off! DM me for details!!! $50k table received damaged and zero customer service! Will be escalating this to a police report if the install is not completed by end of this week. I’ve been waiting 6 months!!!! Damage done. Zero customer service! Beware!
