Joe was extremely helpful and experienced. I came in with some shoes that I believed needed to be resoled, and instead of upsell me or charge me three to four times the amount, he told me that a simple sole protector would be the best option.His work was completed in a timely manner and the shoes look better than they ever did. He used high quality materials for the whole process. Highly recommend this business.

Didnt even get inside the store. The man was so rude on the phone when I asked him how long the turnaround time would be on a repair as I needed the shoes back within five days. Forget the content but the tone of voice was enough to give my business to someone else. Im sure the quality of repair for simple repairs is the same everywhere but the difference is customer service. I feel thats what makes the difference between the best and the worst business. This guys the bottom end with his phone manners.
