We had a scheduled delivery today yet nobody showed. This is after multiple emails and texts from them stating they would be here. Including one at 7:40 this morning claiming my delivery would be between 10:19 and 2:19. There is no way to contact this as there answering machine says they are unavailable and to call back later. ( same message for at least the last two months).
Never got a confirmation email, but was charged.Tried to reach someone about it, but the phone service will say it’s transferring you and then say “thank you for calling ready refresh” and proceed to hang up on you. After reading the reviews and how shady it is to reach an actual person I wanted to cancel my order. Amazon has empty 5gal tanks you can refill at grocery stores and bottom loading dispensers for the same price and I at least know I can trust them. (Honestly was worried this company was a scam site and still kind of am.) Cant use their “new ready refresh app” to handle anything without the “4$ service fee” because there was no email and no account because I checked out as a guest. Also not a fan of them not allowing you to opt out of them saving your payment information. (Did not ask for reoccurring services and they still refused to let me order without saving.) So, I was trying to have that deleted off my profile that doesn’t exist apparently- but once again…..need to speak to or get an email back from someone to do that.
It’s convenient, but watch out for increasing costs. Started 6.99 a bottle and free dispenser plus 14.99 a month delivery fee.After 2 years a bottle is 11.99 plus 6.99 each delivery plus dispenser rental. Before you know it you pay double for water, double for delivery and you paid enough rent to buy a much nicer dispenser. Therefore I canceled, paid the balance and closed the account.2 months later, I got a bill for outstanding balance of $70:$50 for reconditioning of a dispenser( new one like this cost that much)$20 late fee ( which when I closed the account I didn’t expect any bills- thinking that little postcard they sent was just a advertisement)When I called they couldn’t do anything for me CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD!
Don’t follow delivery instructions. - short delivery with no notice - spoke to service rep 3 times each time they said wound delivery my remaining order - never arrived - requested twice to speak to manage - never happenedGoing to cancel
This business has absolutely ZERO integrity. Started service with them years ago and paid a premium for water delivery, but felt that it should be OK because they threw in the dispenser for free. Never thought to read the FINE PRINT that after a year, they could start charging monthly rent for the thing without telling you. Of course, you never get a bill if your account is paperless, so I didnt realize that they were tagging me for the thing month after month. After 5 years, I have paid enough to buy 6 dispensers outright, and I still dont own the thing! Also, they charge you double what you pay in the store for the bottles, AND slap a delivery fee on top of that, then have the NERVE to demand that you return the empty bottles because they retain ownership of them!Good luck ever trying to speak with customer service too; theyet me sit on hold for almost 20 minutes due to unusually high call volume, and then proceeded to argue with me the whole time.
Its not terrible. they do a good job coming in and dropping off new bottles without us knowing. I like them. The only problem I have had is after a hurricane I didnt get all the water I ordered.
Was told we would get delivery on a certain day two different times but the delivery never came. Tried calling, but can never get through to a live person. So we will just order from someone else.
I ordered online two weeks ago with a scheduled delivery from 8am to 1pm that I was told was required to be home for. I made sure I was home and waited at 1250pm I called because no one had showed up or contacted me. They said they had truck issues and were running late to around 215pm. I waited again at 4pm nothing yet. I called to be told they had rescheduled for the next day without informing me of anything. What horrible service both communication and reliability. When I asked for a refund and to cancel they said someone will be in contact. Worst experience ever waste of my day off. Thanks alot. Do not support this company.
Tried to get someone of the phone, held for over 20 minutes. CSR did help and was apologetic but that is uncalled for.

The automated system never lets you get through to a live person. They have messed up my delivery several times and cannot reach anyone to settle it. Very frustrating to deal with.
