Wouldnt even give one star! The people in this WAY OVER PRICED boutique are absolutely rude! And just all about we lost a sale we lost a sale. We had two people interested in this dress and we could of sold it to one of them! After I had told them that my friend engagement was called off. The over all experience here is a 0/10! Would not recommend for anyone! Absolutely horrible! Wouldnt refund or give store credit like promised either! WAY OVER PRICED AND HORRIBLE SERVICE! STAY AWAY! Also had made an appointment and no one was there at the appointment time. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for someone to show up. No one answers when you call.

Just left the store after spending 15 minutes being totally ignored. There was one girl working and she was so busy carrying on a personal conversation with a guy who was steaming a wedding dress that I must have been invisible. I went in hoping to find a dress for my son’s wedding. The dresses are hung on a very high bar and had a floor mirror in front. She was literally 8 feet away from me while I moved the mirror and attempted to look at the dresses. They never stopped their conversation and asked if I needed help. I was the only customer in the store.

Terrible customer service and unprofessional. I had called and made an appointment here for a Sunday afternoon. When I arrived, the store was closed and no employees were there. I searched the website for different numbers, as no one had answered the one posted on their door. I finally got in contact with the manager who said I wasnt on the schedule. While on the phone with her, she said she was recording our call, which I found very strange. She said she couldnt come in due to being out of town, and that all the other employees were also either out of town or didnt have keys to the store. She did not seem to care at all that I needed to be seen that day because I had people from out of town shopping with me. Instead, I went to Tampa that evening and found the most gorgeous, perfect dress.

I went to the store two weeks ago with my four month old baby in my hand with a friend. I went to look at some wedding dress for my wedding. I was there for like 15 mns not a may I help you or hi. I was totally ignored. The lady was helping 1 person than she was just walking around not doing nothing. I felt some type of way. I left quietly. When we were leaving I turn around and she looked at me. I was like wow. Came all the way here wasting my gas and got treated this way. This place is crappy to go spend money. I dont recommend no one to go there if you getting married, please go somewhere else please. Those people who works there so fk racist. Thats the only word I got for them Racist....
