They were so helpful when I was there. It was Black Friday and they were busy but made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. Helped me find the fragrances for which I was looking. Purchased two personalized labels to go along with my jars, those are so awesome!

I have been customer of Yankee Candle for 30 years, over 25 years in Western Massachusetts and 3 1/2 years in Sarasota. I found the store at UTC to be a very disapointing. I realize that theres a semi annual sale going on but the stores selections seem to cater more to seasonal scents and less to the old stand by scents. In addition I was looking for a glass base and cover to match and they had very few and those were very plain. I had planned to do a big shopping but didnt due to their lack of inventory. The salesgirl was very pleasant and knowledgeable but the stores selections left me an unhappy customer.

When ever I shop here there’s always one employee who likes to stand over me while I’m shopping. It makes me very uncomfortable I recommend you confront your staff about this type of behavior.

Never bought a Yankee Candle before so a friend took me because she needed new ones. Purchased a small one and it smells wonderful. I will be getting more.

Good service and selection of anything candle....Mall prices though.

The clerk was very helpful. When we told her what we had mind she lead is to see possibilities and let us smell the candles.

Staff was not very friendly, slow to react to us waiting to pay.
