Good selection and my daughter loves all their clothes. Hard to go wrong shopping here for this mom.

Neat and clean. Too high priced. Few sales even though at entrance said 70% off certain items

All workers are extremely rude escpecially managers, they need to learn some serious customer service skills and stop pushing people for their information at the checkout. managers talk badly about customers if they dont like them as well. very uncomfortable place to shop

I love the clothes here! But however, the workers are literally young teenagers that are ignorant! I came in here with my mask on and the worker literally screamed at me across from the store and was complaining because my mask apparently wasn’t over my nose, like that’s literally pathetic in my opinion. This mask stuff is a disgrace and so is that worker.

I went to the Ellenton location about 20 minutes before they closed. Bought two dresses. Specifically asked the guy if the two dresses I bought are returnable and he said they are. Once I got out to my car I realized that he didn’t put a receipt in my bag. Went back to the store only to be told “sorry were closed now” even though I told them I never got a receipt. So I went home, tried the two dresses on, both were too small. Went to the PacSun location in UTC on Black Friday and stood in line for 45 minutes to return the dresses and explained that I never received a receipt and was refused one even after going back. Told them the dresses are too small for me. Was told I can only get “store credit.” Understandable for a no receipt return but not when you are refused a receipt. Absolutely ridiculous and the worst customer service and business practices I have ever experienced. I will never ever be back.

The fitting rooms are never available. Only they say it’ll be close until they want to. That is not a nice answer because I’m buying clothes they are not a gift to me. The fitting rooms is like storage. Don’t you have enough space in your store for this?

Sells cheaply made clothes that will easily break or shrink and doesn’t accept returns. Spend your money elsewhere.

Great store friendly staff and good place to shop!

Unless youre 12 or have a eating disorder this is not the place for you..Selection was boring, cheap and overpriced. I remember this being the must go to store 15 years ago, the coolest tees, sweetest sweaters and dopest tanks.. now its all crop top garbage with unrealistic sizing (as a size 5 in Jrs at 30 I can say that) lol

The worst establishment in UTC Mall. I went in to purchase a gift for my daughter-in-law, as i accompanied with a friend and we were rudely treated by the staff. The fitting rooms were a mess with clothes and boxes thrown all over the floor. Along with the bad presentation, one staff member was very rude and had a harsh tone throughout my shopping experience. She was yelling across the store and disrespected other shoppers. While checking out she “asked” for my phone number, and although I said no due to privacy reasons that did not stop her from pushing me to give my full name, email AND phone number. Once I paid for my clothing, they were thrown into the paper bag that was obviously too small for the sweater purchased, and to add they were not folded. I will never be coming back and recommend everyone shopping elsewhere.

If you’re trying to return anything to Pacsun, go to a different store. The manager needs to learn some customer service skills, one of the rudest people I’ve ever met.
