We just had an experience with Empire Computers. Dealt with Stephanie and Mike. Mike was the computer tech. We had a job that involved creating a Virtual Machine, so we could keep what we had on our old computer, and also use our new computer.The old one we had used since approximately 2007, and loved it, but it had an older operating system on it. Due to recent changes in technology, we simply could not keep using the old computer for everything we needed to do, but wanted to keep the old programs and files intact.Mike did a prompt, thorough job for us, the price was reasonable, and we are extremely pleased. Glad we found Empire Computers, as some of my sons do not live in the area anymore, and I used to rely on them for tough computer issues.Guess Ill just have to adopt Mike!

Being new to the area, I rely heavily on online reviews for where to take my business. In this case, the 5 star rating that landed me at Empire Computers was certainly accurate. My initial call was answered by a friendly, knowledgeable person who offered options for my laptop repair during these Covid times. I elected an appointment at their office. I was greeted by Brian upon arrival who was equally friendly, knowledgeable and competent in diagnosing the computer issue. From initial call from home to completion of visit was less than 120 minutes. All Covid protocols were followed and I felt as if an old friend was helping me out with my computer. I highly recommend Empire Computers without hesitation.

Brian (Empire Computers) was absolutely a pleasure to work with. He was professional, friendly and did not consider a job finished until both he and myself were 100% satisfied. I do the IT and web updates work for Yellowfin. I am not an IT guy by any stretch but I do know enough to know when to call in the professionals. I have used Empire on several occasions. More than once I have gone in with the idea of what I need to purchase and every time they have offered me a better CHEAPER solution than what I had in mind. When we lost the stockroom computer with our entire Stockroom db on it they built me a new computer with server grade components came to the shop installed all the software got all of my client machines connected.
