This Great American Cookies location at University Town Center in Sarasota is a great place to get cookies and treats while shopping. I like that they have warm cookies available here and everything is well prepared and tastes good. Good experience coming here and happy with my purchases.

We did not receive the item we ordered. We have been coming here for years and this is by far the worst cookie we received. The whole thing was not fully iced, as requested. As well as there was no color on the happy birthday. We called and the lady was not friendly until the end. It was frustrating to receive this for a special birthday.

The cookies are fresh and delicious!! I love the custom decorated cookies. Laura did a great job decorating a cookie for our bridal shower at work.

They dont know how to design the art design you show them. Sloppy work. I had to scrape off what they designed and left no design on it. Looked better then their art.

Cookies were fairly priced, but you could tell they werent freshly baked in a few hours. The staff was friendly and ordering and paying was simple and quick. They have good location next to Coldstone creamery at UTC on 2nd floor.

One of my must have when i am in utc, a little bit pricey, buy five get one free got me, lol
