I like my work. My pay is well enough that helps me to like my job, unlike others here that they could get paid a little more and that would probably make them happier. But I dont control the business or the aspects that control wages. I underatand that with certain demographics the positions pay well.

Horrible customer service. HR will out right ignore your calls.

I own a durfomat and been a customer for over a year and bought thermoforming supplies. I have been waiting for over 30 mint and the representative says they dont have our company by phone no or name and cannot find us. This has never happened to me before. I am appaled.

The sales rep lies about the products they are selling. Then he doesnt return your phone calls. The regional manager laughed in my face when I called him to discuss the problem. Horrible customer service for such expensive products.

Horrible company. We purchased a drufomat and a hurrimix recently. The drufomat is inconsistent at best and the hurrimix essentially blew up. If my assistant had been standing anywhere near the hurrimix she may have been injured. I was frustrated with the whole process and wanted to return the items 40 days post training and was told no. Raintree Essix or Dentsply will be getting no business from my office and Ill be sure to spread the word. Bad product, bad customer support.

Very bad customer service I was told to wait 3 weeks for essix raintree. better customer service training is advisable.

The company is bad. They will sell you equipment that does not work. NO costumer support. The Duraform does not work.
