When I went to go pick up my rings I got resized, Coffrins charged me double of what the lady said it was going to be. I would have never agreed to pay that amount of money.Yes please email me the paper work!The old lady had no idea how to work the iPad so maybe she said the wrong price out loud by accident?I’m not saying it shouldn’t cost $450 to get three rings resized, all I’m saying is that I was referred by a friend, therefore I trusted what the woman said out loud to me about how much it would be. ($180) I would not have wanted to pay $450 to get them resized so I wouldn’t have done it. People make mistakes, but this one costed me more than I wanted to spend.

The staff here is really kind and helpful! Taylor helped me pick out the perfect bracelet for my boyfriend for our anniversary. I will definitely be returning if I ever need to buy a gift for anyone or to pick out something for myself!

Armand Trawick, at Coffrins is a very knowledgeable and kind man. They remodeled my wedding ring and fixed a broken ring and did an excellent job. I went to several jewelers and they could not add a diamond the way I wanted done to my wedding ring. Coffrins did it exactly the way I wanted and it is beautiful! When I first moved to Sarasota, over 10 years ago, I was I need of a repair for my Grandmothers ring that was given to me when she passed. I asked around for a reputable jeweler. Coffin was, by far, the most suggested business. Being new to the area I went based on my friends suggestion and I have to tell you I am really overjoyed I trusted them. My experience was one that has lasted since that day. I am happy to say the repair has lasted this entire time. Over the course of time, I brought many more pieces in for polishing and other repair work. Coffrin is just an amazing place to see...they have an extensive handmade collection in store that is beautiful beyond compare to that of any other establishment, in my opinion. I have since moved from the West coast of Florida and have not found the quality of service, dedication or craftsmanship here on the East coast that compares to them. However, you can be sure, the next time I travel to Sarasota I will be stopping in to see the latest creations that are there. Its hard to find a new place to trust when youve already had a great one. But for now the search is on and Coffrin has a very special place in my heart for always treating me like their #1 customer (even though they have millions, slight exaggeration). Stopped by to ensure my engagement ring diamond matched the certificate which was given to us. He went to Kays, much to my dismay. I was unsettled after reading several verified news articles claiming Kays has a history of switching diamonds during a sizing.Coffrins staff was wonderful.Arman (spelling?) was thorough, professional and kind. They verified my diamond for me visually and checking the laser ID number under a microscope. This took less than 10 minutes. I was on tour and my favorite necklace I like to wear had broke. It was just the chain the pendant was fine. I looked into places with good reviews and Coffrin was one of them. They helped me as soon as they could and tried to even give me the opportunity option to repair the chain. Considering I was on the road and would not be there much longer, I opted for a new chain. They had a good amount of options and was able to purchase quickly and easily. Overall a very pleasant atmosphere and great costumer service.

I was stunned when I saw my diamond engagement ring. It is absolutely brilliant. I love the one-of-a-kind design that Darren assisted my fiance with. I couldnt have asked for a more perfect ring. I understand that Darren brought in several loose diamonds for my fiance to choose from and worked with him to make the design exactly what he wanted. Today, I got to meet Darren and the master jeweler who created my ring. What a wonderful, personable team. I came to Coffrin Jewelers for a second opinion. Another jeweler in Bradenton had told me my wedding ring was so damaged that my only option was to buy a new setting from him. Of all the jewelry stores weve done business with, Coffrin Jewelers stands head and shoulder above all. Pricing is very competitive but what separates Coffrin from other stores is the service. Coffrins is a wonderful local jeweler. They know the meaning of good service by being extremely helpful and offering quality work and products.

My chain needed repair as in serious cleaning. It took more than 1 hour 15 minutes to try to explain what was needed, when it was a Really Simple job: clean dirt from chains where they attached to charm. The male clerk proceeded to cut into pieces the chain that should have been cleaned, and then he spent time convincing me to use some of my other chains, or to buy a new chain from him. He spent an excessive time calculating what he would pay me for extra chains I would sell...some of which he had already cut into useless lengths. My husband needed to leave, so a work order was created, and chains left. By the time I got home I realized how completely wrong it was to think I was going to get back something remotely like I initially asked to be done. I came back and retrieved my charm and chains, several of which he had cut and would now have to be repaired to be usable again. This was a long and bad experience.

I had been to every jewler in Sarasota when I was looking for an engagement ring. The customer service was spectacular, the staff was very kind, helpful, aware of budget, and most importantly not pushy for a sale. I am 22 years old and a seemingly perfect candidate to take advantage of. These people, however, did not. Now just being nice doesnt mean much, in adition Coffrin has the best dimonds out of any store I had been too. I brought a loop with me on my venture to every store and the dimonds at Coffrin are nearly perfect. I still have to buy my wedding ring as well as my fiancés and it is pretty much gaurenteed I will get them from Coffrin!

I have bought my wife several pieces of new jewelery at Coffrin Jewelers and she loved them all. Darren Blum recently redesigned an old necklace and turned it into a stunning piece! My son and son-in law purchased their engaement rings through Coffrin and their wives loved the rings. Darren knows jewelery!!He is also a great fisherman. Buy your wife or girl friend a piece of jewelery and they wont care how long you go fishing. He may even give you a few fishing tips.
