I saved warranty paperwork and it clearly does not have an experation date. Regardless of time frame cant get anyone to call me back.

This company has the best Customer service and they do excellent custom work. We order doors on a regular basis and they always make sure we get what we need at a fair price. I wish there were more companies like this.!!!!!!!!

Really poor customer service the front desk person told me that no matter what the issues was they would be able to fix the door or replace it I asked if they were sure as it was almost an hour drive from where I was to their location I was assured that this would be OK I drove an hour to their location to be told that they would not be able to fix it or replace itIf you decide to use these people make sure you speak to someone other than the girl at the front desk
