I used Glass Guru to install an Impact glass panel in my front glass door. Martin and his guys did a great job. I would definitely recommend Glass Guru!

Glass Guru replaced the glass in two windows that had fogged up. The glass they replaced is no longer stocked by the original manufacturer. There are three adjacent windows, so any difference in the tint would be quite noticeable. They matched it perfectly. They also got the job done quickly, and were very responsive when I called them. I would definitely use them again.

Debbie is the sweetest and so helpful on the phone. We had our seamless shower installed by them over a year ago and it still looks beautiful, very great quality and great price. We have an older home so our walls and such are not quite square, but they made it look pristine, like new and very updated. So when we recently decided to change out two of our old fixed very large side lite windows near our entry door, we called upon them once again. Martin came out promptly to measure and show us our options. Within a week the decorative privacy glass was installed and it looks beautiful!! They exceeded our expectations on both jobs. Very professional company..a technician came out and evaluated the windows, made recommendations and explained the findings. They sent me a quote which I felt was very fair and ordered the parts needed. It didn’t take long at all to schedule the repairs..Chris arrived on time and was very nice to work with. He explained the job and what work he was performing. He was tidy in the work space and asked me to check things out before he left. I appreciated this and that he answered all my questions.Would highly recommend them to anyone and will be a return customer in the future if needed!

Glass Guru replaced the glass in one of our windows that had a broken seal and one door panel of our triple slider which was badly scratched. Additionally, we had them replace the glass in our double front doors - with decorative panels. Glass Guru did a great job. We highly recommend them. Their technicians are polite, efficient and on time. We also thought their prices were very reasonable.

I needed a window repaired prior to closing on the sell of my house. It had been a difficult process between the builder, installer and manufacturer to find anyone willing to step up and take care of this under warranty window. I contacted The Glass Guru. They came out to evaluate the need, prepared an estimate and ordered all the parts the same day. I talked to a couple different people and both were vey professional. The Glass Guru really solved my problem and made it easy for me.

My experience with this company was not a good one. I hired glass guru to repair six window rods at my home but the job was never completed. After many emails and phone calls with Debora, who was very rude and questioned the facts about this issue, the job wasnt ever completed. The business owner, Martin, made an effort to mend the situation but it was too late.I have no intention to ever work with Glass Guru again!

These guys are great. Had 2 sets of large older wooden french doors which had glass that was foggy. Carl and Frank took such good care of the wood trim when they removed the old glass that it could be reused with the new glass. Really polite and knowledgable. Martin takes a very hands on approach and personal interest in ensuring the job is done right and to the customers satisfaction. My situation required several visits (due to the warranty supplier, not Glass Guru) & Martin liaised with them direct to ensure a correct result. I would give Glass Guru more than 5 stars if I could!

I called Glass Guru to remove a couple of mirrors in my master bathroom, the two workers were extremely professional took no time to pop them off the wall and they carried them out in one piece, saved me a big mess, they were awesome!

The best in town! Our showcases had been broken into and we needed the glass to be replaced asap. I called around to several different places and all of them were at least two weeks out before they could replace our glass. I spoke with The Glass Guru and surprisingly they were able to get someone to come out and measure that day and install my glass the very next day! This helped us tremendously and the guys were so quick and efficient! I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing glass!

Owner Martin came to my house personally. Tested some stuff and determined that i did not have a problem and that it was not necessary to fix/replace anything. Couldve charged me a couple of thousand easy to do some things but was supremely honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!!

I had a broken window pane in my front window that I had Jerry-rigged a covering for with plexiglass and some cardboard. Clearly, this isnt something that you want to use for long term.So, after putting it off for way too long, I have the Glass Guru a call. Not only were they able to come out the next day (today!) Frank showed up on time with PPE due to current situations and provided efficient, professional and prompt restoration of the window. The work area was cleaned spotlessly and he was even able to save my plexiglass for me.Now I can look outside again! Its a glorious day indeed. I will be telling all my friends about the Glass Guru.

Job 1: 3 Stars took around 2 months to fully complete project because they forgot to order the part that was needed. Was complete with no issues afterwards.Job 2: 1 Star took around 3 or 4 months to fully complete. They also could not find the part that goes around the edge of the glass but I am not able to get reimbursed for it.

They were professional, fairly priced and made sure the job was perfect. Unlike a competitor in town they are ok with you picking up the piece you ordered as well and are not set on compounding the bill will an unnecessary delivery fee if you dont need that service. I was so pleased on the job they did, I am getting ready to use them again for both home and office projects I have.

I have been doing a variety of projects on my just purchased house. I had a 23”x73” glass window that had streaks through out entire glass that would not come out. Since the Glass Guru had cut glass for end tables etc. I called them to take a look at the window, Frank came out and in 2 minutes identified that the window had a plastic film on it that he said was at one time advertised as a “hurricane” protection. Anyway, he had the film off in a few minutes and problem solved. Lesson learned and I’ll continue to use these guys for all glass projects.

Terrible price gouging for a small job!!Response to owner- I write many reviews good and bad and they are all honest. It is offensive that he would say I offered to change this review for money. Owner, take the review as a chance for improvement instead of getting defensive and accusatory. Yes he did call me after the job was done and after he read the review and I found it very intrusive. He asked me if there was anything he could do (which was nice I admit) I replied he could refund some of the money he charged for the job. He said no I accepted that and that was it. I stand by my review.I called glass guru to replace one pane in a window frame. When they came out they told me about a $250 minimum for work which I was not told about over the phone or else I would have never had them come out. I needed the glass replaced that day so I reluctantly said Ok. The whole job took 20 minutes and they charged the full $250. I was foolish to agree to their price but this is terrible price gouging! It should have cost half that. I just want to spare someone else the issue of paying this company way too much.
