People that work there dont know what there doing......

Victor and his team are wonderful! We are from Northwest, IN and visiting for my daughters birthday. We upgraded my daughters phone this afternoon and everyone was so kind and attentive! Highly recommend this T-Mobile location.

Staff today was great. Only issue I had was that T-mobile doesnt offer the phone I want in the color I wanted. Great staff tho

After a not so good experience with a sales associate the store manager Anthony was great. He explained everything to my mother and took his time with us. He worked hard at getting us out quickly and was very nice. He was great and would definitely deal with him again. thank you Anthony.

When I moved to FL I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon but now I have switched back. The staff at the Pelican Plaza location are super fantastic. On Saturday I was in and ported one of my numbers with Miguel (Michael) & Isabella and on Monday my 2nd number with Guillermo and Anthony all were very friendly, personable and attentive in helping get both of my numbers ported over. Their professionalism was beyond reproach. The Verizon location in the same shopping plaza wasnt interested in helping me change my plan and referred me to call 611 or go to a Verizon corp location 7 miles away. I did go talk to Verizon corp but T-Mobile had the best plan to suite my needs and this location is 1/2 mile from my home, location, location, location so I am happy to have switched back. 5 STARS to the staff at Pelican Plaza.....Best Service ever.

Always a very positive experience in the store. Vilma was extremely helpful and getting my new phone set up. She was friendly and pleasant and chatty through. Gary and Miguel were helpful and nice company as well. The store is clean and bright, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the products and prices cannot be beat.

Michael is a wiz kid, he was able to fix my phone up when nobody else could. I even bought a new from him since he was so knowledgeable. Coming back with friends & family. Brianna was really great too!

These champs are very nice. Anthony, Guillermo, & Michael were all treats. Helped me with everything, sold me a new phone at a good price & I buy all my accessories here because decent price. Treated me like family, had me laughing & smiling the whole time.

Went in to exchange a phone that was sent in the wrong color only to be told by the employee that only managers can exchange phones, and the manager wasnt working today but hed be in tomorrow. Spoke to two higher up friends at T-Mobile (one is a regional trainer here in Florida the other is an Area Manager in Georgia), and they both confirmed that this is a lie. Employee just didnt want to help. Thanks a lot, definitely will not be returning to this location. Normally Id leave a carrier all together for lying directly to my face, but my general experience with T-Mobile has been amazing outside of one lazy employee.

The store manager promised a lot of things but kept important disclaimers to himself. Day after we transferred from Verizon to T-Mobile, he called me and tried to upgrade me to higher priced plan telling that my plan is not eligible for some promotions. I called T-Mobile directly and they confirmed that I dont need to upgrade. Cannot trust that agent (not T-Mobile corporate store). T-Mobile was very kind and honored most of promotions even they dont have to. 5 stars to corporate, 1 star to that agent and retail store.

Isabella & Michael were some great chaps, fixed me up solid on a new phone & a bunch of accessories, I like the pop socket the most. They should get a promotion or a raise, I tried giving them a tip but they said helping me was thanks enough

Only went to the store for an exchange warranty phone pick up. The store manager was more worried about getting a charge back then replacing the phone we ALREADY went through warranty for. Horrible STORE manager. He made it seem like we broke the phone when the issue is common on the iPhone 7s. Do not recommend this store especially with the attitude from the STORE MANAGER !!!

Waited 1 hour listening to the manager helping another customer. He was so worried about his Commission and having salmon and leave him a good review on Google. We finally walked out. Left a very bad taste in our mouth’s for that location very pushy salesman. More worried about his stats than helping the customer that he was working with.

Added a T-Mobile data plan to my new iPad. This is my 3rd data plan. Customer service was excellent. Great store manager. Be sure to check out their T-Mobile ONE 55+ (two lines for $60 per month for ages 55+, unlimited talk, text & data - cant be beat).

DONT GO TO THIS STORE. I have visit this store 3 times and is a waste of time they are not able to help you with anything or do anything for you, they have always an excuse for not to help you. They will discriminate you no matter what and if you speak another language they will kick you out of the store.

Poor owners...with such people working in...customer services at the lowest levels Ive seen...ever. This is the second time (even the 1st one was very disappointing)...There wont be a third one. After being a business account owner for years the ignorant lady kept repeating that I dont qualify for a trade in. Well I traded it in across the street at the Mall successfully. Keep paying this useless people and you will close the store. Suggest highly the store at Westfield.
