Highly recommend Advanced ESI. We called them and they sent someone out within 24 hours. They took enough information via phone and when they did the site visit were so knowledgeable with what we needed. They stayed well within budget and only made suggestions that made sense for us.

These people know what they are doing with regard to TVs, sound systems, etc. Professional, timely and great value for the money. House calls by the same people, which is unlike Best Buy. Hard to build rapport with Best Buy due to so many employees and a system that is not user friendly. These people are local and knowledgeable. Andreas and Chris are just great!

Love this company and highly recommend them! I recently ordered rather large/long electronic shades and from start to finish (selection process, measuring, ordering, installing and programming) the process went smoothly. Everyone was polite, professional, neat and punctual. So unlike the disaster we had to deal with previously with another company that measured wrong, had problems installing and problems programming. Not to mention not ordering one whole set of blinds and not discovering their mistake until 3 months had passed and the blinds were supposed to be delivered. Thankfully dealing with Advanced ESI was a wonderful experience.

Just moved into a condo downtown; previous electronics/AV equipment there was both complex and very out of date. They revamped everything and simplified a real mess. Now it is perfect and a joy. Then had them put in window shades which are quiet and look great; then had them put in led lights both replacing these bug-eyes that were there and installing color changing LED light strips that are incredibly cool. Not only do the both know what they are doing, but the people you work with from the company could not be more pleasant and knowledgeable. They did lots of work and not only do I not have any issues, but i feel that they made the move so much less stressful. I think they are truly professional.

My wife and I remodeled our home last year the last item to address was the Audio Visual. I wanted true multi-room audio capability along with landscape audio. I met with Andreas to discuss our budget and what I was looking to achieve. Advanced ESI knocked it out of the park! The system is incredibly user friendly and it far exceeded my exceptions. The installation crew was extremely knowledgeable and clean. The only issue with having Advanced do a system in your home is that all your friends and neighbors will want to come over and watch all major sporting events at your house!

In my opinion, the team at Advanced ESI are the pinnacle AV provider in Southwest Florida. They are extremely knowledgeable regarding product alternatives, and all aspects of installation. We just completed a full remodel of our home in Boca Raton Fl and we decided to go with Advanced ESI based out of Sarasota. I dealt with Andrew, the owner, and he educated me on full home automation systems and we chose to go with Control 4 and a Lutron Lighting and Drapery system. We cannot be happier with our choice to use Advanced ESI. My Lighting/Sound and AV systems are off the charts and every guest visiting has been blown away at how amazing it is. Of all the subcontractors we used in the remodel, Advanced ESI was by far the most professional and efficient. My only hesitation was using a company on the West Coast but they log in remotely and can repair and adjust over 90% of any issues should they arise. I would highly recommend Advanced ESI and the most important lesson I learned in this whole process was how important and impressive the full home Automation and Lutron lighting system is. Andrew redesigned the entire home lighting system due to the fact that my Architect was clearly deficient and did a superb job.

This company was named Advanced Audio when I contracted with them in 2005 for a $70,000 whole house audio video system. Although the sales guy lied and backed down on promises made their technical people and service department was very good and I was happy with the system that they installed.My system is now old and obsolete and some of the features no longer work. Recently I received a promotional email from the new company (Advanced ESI) and I responded and expressed an interest in modernizing and updating my system. I was put in contact with one of their sales people who tried calling me and left a message. I returned the call and the sales guy was In a meeting. I called several more times over the next few days and never reached him. I left a voice mail after several failed attempts to reach him and someone returned my call and left me a voice mail; asking me to call back. Even though I left my name and number each time I called the person asked that call back and leave my name because they didnt know who I was.I eventually gave up, sent an email and received an email response blaming me because I was not available when they called back. I suppose they forgot who the customer is.Their business needs real people to answer and direct calls and not rely on voice mail systems. Since their sales people seem very busy it proved impossible for me to reach someone even though I made attempts for a week. I thought that if it was this difficult to reach someone even though I was a potential customer who could be spending $20,000 for a system upgrade, how difficult would it be to reach them for service once they sold me a system.I have moved on to another audio video company and I reached someone on the first call. The person came to my house and I defined my requirements and my new upgraded system is now being designed.
