Over the top communication skills! Great website, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, flexible. Install guys were first class. Although not branded as a discount store, i felt i paid reasonable prices for the equipment (all things being relative). We bought a new stair master in January 2020. Jeff Hensley was a great salesperson. He worked with us to get exactly what we wanted and at a good price. After delivery, we experienced a slight squeaking noise. Larry came to our residence and gave it a thorough check up. He is extremely knowledgeable. The stair master is working well. We are so happy with it. Gym source is top notch.

I am an independent personal trainer in Sarasota. I coordinated the purchase of a commercial grade leg extension/leg curl machine for my client with the help of Chris Cesare from Gym Source. He was very responsive, helped me find the best option for my clients home gym and also contacted one of his clients so that I could test out the machine I waslooking at. Chris exceeded my expectations throughout the whole process. Color match and all. Even the delivery and set up was right on time and very professional. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Cesar the Store Manager of the Sarasota store. I discussed buying a Octane Xr6 which was being placed on sale for I think one day but I couldn’t get down there for a few days and he locked in the Sale price till I got down there so I gave him a credit card and a few days later I drove down met Chris and spent and hour trying to decide since the sale price saved me over a $1000 but it was still over $4000 not once did he high pressure me but he did assist and explain any questions that I had about the machine . After the hour even though I liked it a lot it wasn’t for me enough especially at my age and of course the price. Chris understood and quickly refunded the entire amount back to my card and he even thanked me for driving the 31 miles down to his store to try out the machine in question. I could not ask for better service I got from Chris Cesar the Store Manager I only hope the Company will respond to this review and compliment him for all his efforts on my behalf and the company behalf. He served both well. Thanks Chris.

Received excellent guidance and help in the store when trying to decide on a treadmill. After purchasing the treadmill, the delivery and setup was quick, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend Gym Source.

As a business owner myself, if I treated a customer this way I would get crucified. My delivery date was canceled for a second time. The first was 10 minuets after I left the store, the second time was 2 days before delivery. I was told I had to wait 2 more weeks. Really? In 4 weeks I can order a car from the factory custom built and have it in 4 to 6 weeks. Then I’m told I’ll give you a few bucks off. REALLY? A 4 week wait and I’ll give you a few bucks off???? I’m not looking for A FEW BUCKS OFF! Customer service should have offered me the floor model. If I were Tuff Stuff company, I would find another distributor to sell my product, imagine when you call for service...

I was searching for the ultimate workout gym for my new house, and relentlessly searched all the way from Tampa to Sarasota. Without a doubt, the best possible gym including price found it’s way to Gym Source in Sarasota. The major difference was the excellen service conveyed to me by Chris Cesare. He not only took the time to show me the choices I had, but also returned every single call I made to him over a 3 month span. Further, Chris never pressured me and treated me like I was one of the family, hence I wound up buying a Hoist Elite 4 Gym. I absolutely love this gym, it’s beautiful to look at, takes minimal space, and essentially does everything you want it to do, at a really great price (Again thanks to Chris). After I bought the equipment they weren’t like your usual car salesman, they continued to treat me like a premier customer. If your in the market for any exercise equipment, I would highly recommend you go see Chris at the Gym Source in Sarasota. And by the way, I’d like to give a big shout out to Jeff, at Gym Source as well, as he also was extremely lovely to deal with.PS. There delivery people and setup people couldn’t have been nicer, they were timely efficient and let us know exactly to the minute when they would arrive and set our gym up. Touché!!!!!

My overall experience was excellent. It started with Gym Source Sarasota Manager Chris Cesare who is very gracious, knowledgeable and trustworthy and ended with their delivery crew headed by Marco. Just pray your expensive equipment doesn’t break. Their repair scheduling is the worst. They will change your appointment without telling you. Four times they said they were coming out but never showed. Now I have a $4K useless True Elliptical that I’m going to unload for cheap. They have the nerve to take $199 to review the repair then never come back to do the job. I will never deal with these people again.

The purchase was facilitated at every point, and when I called back a couple of months later for assistance, I got immediate help - a personal phone call from the manager. Cant get better!
