Matt was so helpful in helping us with our noisy garage door. We thought it was the opener but he found so many issues with the door itself, and he fixed all of them! He was super friendly and was even early to the service appointment, even though it was pouring rain. I’d give him 6 starts if I could!

My spring busted at 6:15 in the morning. Matt fielded my phone call at 7:05 am and scheduled up with me to repair the spring later on the same day. Very honest people and fair pricing. Messaged on a Friday night and they were out by 10 AM on Saturday to repair our broken spring. My husband is very mechanically inclined and considered the repair himself but I am really glad we let them do it. They know all of the fine tuning it takes to make the springs work correctly. We needed a new garage door that would comply with the Florida code for hurricanes. We called Southern Garage Doors and they were very prompt at coming and showing us the different doors that were available. The price was better than we expected so we purchased one. It is a beautiful door and they did an excellent job with the installation. They even took away our old door at no extra charge and did a very thorough job of cleaning the garage when they were finished.When the inspector came, he said they put in more screws than what was required by code. This company is the best in my opinion. They were able to do early next day service of our garage door quickly at reasonable cost. Door jammed and stranded car in garage and came out first thing in morning to fix. Best garage door repair company in the area! I called for replacement of a spring. One company was a few dollars lower and would fix ONE spring. Other companies had a rediculous price. I paid $125 and got both of the springs replaced, the garage door lubed, adjusted and it has worked perfectly for the last 3 years. Just called again today to fix a separate issue. They are kind, courteous and no where near as expensive as the local competitors. 5 solid stars!!!

This is a great company. They responded with in a day after my call. Matt arrived on time quickly identified the problem andoffered several solutions. Since their prices were so fair I opted for the higher priced option which he had on his truck. 1 1/2 hrs. later the job was completely done. I highly recommend them.
