First impressions walking in weren’t promising but with money in our pocket ready to buy something, we gave it a shot. I’ve never seen a pawn shop more cluttered, hardly any space to walk around. With interior flaws aside, the customer service was just about non-existent. We tried to ask questions about a product that we were ready to purchase and received no eye contact, rude responses because the guy behind the desk was more worried about talking to his friends than making an actual sale. We gladly left and took our purchase elsewhere, where they were happy to help us. I wouldn’t spend money here even if I was begged to. Hopefully in time they will learn better customer service skills until then, I stand by my review.

Purchased an item from them on gunbroker.com. I was charged 42.96 for the item and then the transaction was cancelled due to the item not actually being in stock. I called to ask when I would be refunded my money and they said the refund would need to be issued through gunbroker. Its been two weeks and I havent received a refund. Gunbrokers policy says the seller is responsible for issuing refunds. Where is my money!?

Great place and people, I bought my first ar from them and had an issue with the trigger when I shot it and I messaged them and they responded back right away and told me to bring it in and Nyk took a look at it and fixed it and cleaned it for me and showed me a few things about it. Btw the issue was more of a human error than a gun issue.
